It wouldn't surprise me to see a Rock-based Tiki Pokemon considering how this is Alola. This leak seems to have legitimacy over the more recent and obvious fake leaks that we've had. I guess we'll find out soon enough.

The snowman is Ice/Ghost and called "Dulfrost". The lobster is called "Loboxter" and it's exclusive to Sun (Crawbrawler is exclusive to Moon apparently) The rock thing is an evolution to "Rockaby" whatever that is....I think there was a leak about a Pokemon like that maybe? I don't know I can't keep up with all these leaks anymore.

I think the original post was deleted though. He said they were from a trailer that's being released soon. From what I remember the guy mentioned the previous leaker (with the lava pig) and said that most of it was correct. (although I think he worded it more like some of those leaked Pokemon just weren't in the trailer)

So, this leak mentions "Rockaby"?

Pretty much fake, then. Not to long ago this picture of something called "Rockaby" came up in the trailer format, but it was quickly debunked because some things like the font was off. Since this leak has connected itself with the (debunked) Rockaby leak, then it's probably not legit.

Something tells me that Loboxter and Crabrawler are supposed to be references to the Rock 'em Sock 'em Robots game.
 
Nintendo 3DS Direct announced for September 1st.

The fact it's an actual direct makes me think these leaks may now be further confirmed fake. I'm sure if there was a direct then their source would have said "direct" rather than "video".

I saw two different pictures of "Rockaby" though. One of them was in the lava pig leak and the other was just like a trailer image on its own.

You're saying they're both fake?
 
S/M are like the main headliners for the 3DS this year, they're bound to have a segment in this Direct. I guess it would also explain why there's been no news on a trailer at the beginning of the month.
 
I think we will have some SuMo HUGE news in the Nintendo Direct, especially after seeing that tweet by the French Pokémon account.

Oh, there's two Rockaby leaks?

Hm. Do you mind posting the lava pig leak one?
 
Really, really hoping that there isn't anything relevant to typing involved with Synchro evolution, if it gets confirmed. It would make competitive play a nightmare, even for Showdown players. Imagine having to reset your save every time you develop a new team with a different Synchro. Or, forgetting to change your avatar in the middle of a Showdown tournament and being stuck with the wrong Robinhoot for the job.

This might be mitigated if they let us change the color and style of our hair mid-game and skin tone has nothing to do with Synchros. Also, imagine the implications involved with certain skin tones granting superior typing. I don't think anyone wants that.

If Syncrhos are in the game, I doubt your appearance would have any impact beyond how the form would look, so I wouldn't worry.

There you go, and Rockaby is nowhere in that one. Anyway it's suspicious that these images are disappearing completely. That happened with the supposed leaked starter evos, and look where we are now....

We'll know eventually though. Hope the direct gives us a new trailer before the rockruff details.
 
Spider monkey looks freakin cool, especially to ride.

Wait, are you serious? Then these leaks are getting credibility. I wouldn't mind the Alola Solrock and Lunatone, they look awesome. But the other Pokémon?? Ehhh. Especially the Lava Pig and the middle evolution for Popplio :/
 
I wonder if any leaks were at one point in time true for reveal timelines and GF adjusts reveal trailers to throw off credible leaks. Or if GF does ANY form of adjusting to help debunk leaks/rumors that might spoil tons of information. I mean, they have to have a person whose responsible for information circulating the web. Thus, the trying to take down the final evolutions of the starters.

What I am really saying is, do leakers impact what is and what is not revealed? If so, are they doing us any favors?

I think they released the Team Skull trailer a day early because it started getting leaked the night before? I remember that trailer was due at the beginning of the month but somebody leaked it resulting it to be released a day early.

Oh yeah, I know what the "lava pig leak" is, but I just didn't see Rockaby there.

But anyways, where are the pictures being deleted from?

So that has to be the snowman the Chinese leak mentioned. I actually do think it's adorable.

The lobster does share design similarities to Crabrawler, so I could see why they would suggest version exclusive. The surprising thing is that if Crabrawler is a version exclusive, why wasn't it revealed alongside its counterpart like most version exclusives tend to be? I find it very weird.

Anyways, someone mentioned the drawings of starter middle evolutions + Alolan Arcanine, Weezing, Parasect and Lunatone/Solrock + several other new Pokemon have been starting to disappear from image searches like the starter final evolution concept art did. That would likely suggest credibility towards the drawings, and it wouldn't be surprising considering the starter middle evos do look like they transition well into the final evos.
