Learn or Forget?

Forget, I don't really find a use for two-turn attacks.

Chip Away?
 
Forget. I'm not a fan of Normal-type damaging moves in most circumstances.

Forget, I know it's good for competitive battles and I'm not interested in competitive battles.

Forget, it's not really necessary.

Learn, isn't it the only sleep-inducing move with good accuracy?
