Live-Action Pokemon Film?

Well, I saw the Trailer for the Live-Action Dragonball Z, (I'm not a fan of it, actully I don't know anything about it) And I thought could there ever be a Live Action Pokemon film? And would you watch it?

After seeing Cartoon Network's "Ben Ten" live-action film, I was depressed by how cheesy it looked.
In order to be a success, it would have to be really good. Nevertheless, I don't think littler kids even care.

I'd watch it, provided it was done correctly, and they didn't turn it into something lightly Pokemon-based. :/ Like how the DBZ movie is barely DBZ at all.

All jokes aside, I don't really know. I'll be scared as to how the pokemon will look though. You can't translate cartoon characters to live action perfectly.

I would love to see a live action Pokémon movie. With the abilities of CGI that we saw in films like Lord of the Rings, I think that provided it was done well and had a good script, they could make a very good film from Pokémon.

If one is ever made, my guess is that it'll be a horrible failure. It'll probably be based off the anime, which means it'll be a movie that only five year olds can really enjoy. The Pokémon probably won't look too awesome and the battles would be less than entertaining unless the movie has a massive budget.

Basically, I have the feeling Pokémon will be sticking to animated movies for a long time.

After seeing the Ben 10 movie I would have to say: PLEASE GOD NO!!!! If they make a live action pokemon film its just another thing for the Pokemon haters to make fun of.

one: it is pokemon
and two: I'd want to see how they make the plot of it all and such...

I'd be afraid, but I'd probably go see it to see how well they portray the Poke'mon and to see what kind of plot they would use. Also, just seeing the actors and actresses interact with Poke'mon... it would be... interesting. xD

They'd have to use some awesome effects for the Poke'mon.

Well, the commercial for Pokemon Yellow, where a boy and Pikachu are catching Pokemon was done OK.
But I don't think a live action movie would look good. A complete CGI movie would be a better idea.
