well... let's just say that in the comic, there's no such rules...
but there's a Revival Herb... that's pretty natural... so i'll take that in place of revives and max revives... 🤗 you can also get them in the Goldenrod Tunnel Herb Shop on Saturdays and Sundays, apperently.... so that's good, too :3

that's true... since you have to go to pewter city musuem to revive them, even if we do find them 😑 so forget that until then.... 😑

also... i am gonna get smeargle on the team, but since he's researching unown there, it won't count as a actual catch ....

But, like I said before, that's not a Nuzlocke. It's like saying you're going to bake a blueberry pie without using any blueberries. It's not a 'blueberry' pie anymore if there aren't any blueberries in it.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with using someone else's rules, so long as they don't completely destroy the point of whatever it is they're doing.
If that person you mentioned is doing a comic about a Pokemon Nuzlocke, and that person is reviving their Pokemon, then they aren't doing a Nuzlocke either.
They're doing a Pokemon 'challenge run', which is awesome, but it's not a Nuzlocke.

I suppose you could argue that because some people put their 'dead' Pokemon in the box instead of outright releasing them, that you bring your 'still alive' but badly hurt Pokemon to a center to heal, but they have to stay there for the rest of your adventure. That way you can still call it a proper Nuzlocke, without any Pokemon deaths.

You've done a ton of work so far, but the results are looking really good! It helps to have a preset story base, in this case HG/SS, now all you need to write (mostly) is how your character interacts with the story of HG/SS. That should save you a lot of trouble coming up with a plot from the ground up, and give you more experience for when you do make your own completely original story!

Yep. I made a whole post about it in another thread, but it tldr's down to her really bad attitude + her refusal to give the player her badge after she's defeated in a proper league challenge. Being butthurt over losing doesn't give a Gym Leader the right to refuse the challenger their badge.
