You've done a ton of work so far, but the results are looking really good! It helps to have a preset story base, in this case HG/SS, now all you need to write (mostly) is how your character interacts with the story of HG/SS. That should save you a lot of trouble coming up with a plot from the ground up, and give you more experience for when you do make your own completely original story!

I'll start making a list of suggestions then, but there really isn't that many though. The biggest one that comes to mind is the line "rina looks at him" from the first chapter, I don't believe any of the characters mentioned in it were male...

I suppose you could argue that because some people put their 'dead' Pokemon in the box instead of outright releasing them, that you bring your 'still alive' but badly hurt Pokemon to a center to heal, but they have to stay there for the rest of your adventure. That way you can still call it a proper Nuzlocke, without any Pokemon deaths.

Awesome! Thankfully there isn't much to do for Cinnabar thanks to that volcano destroying the place.
I noticed a few places on the second list that aren't filled in yet, are you planning on going back to add them later, or are you just skipping them? It's not really 'important', I'm just curious.

well, i'm gonna take care of the olivine cafe and the move deleter and move tutor when i check out my game cartridge whenever... the pokeball seals are useless for the comic... and there are no trainers at the barrier station, the bellchime trail or bell tower.... :3

You really should if you like platformers! I've played through the whole thing to 100% completion (not including the super hard challenges DLC, cause that was a bit much) and had a blast with it! I think the game's great!
