Hmmm. It does look a bit that way, but I don't think you need to worry about messing with the frame for it. You could always include the full sized photo at the end of the comic for anyone who reads all the way through.

You could always try watching a couple of animated mouse movies and see if you get any inspiration. I would listen to music or playing a videogame while working on my own stories, and being in that head space helped a lot.

There is no reason you can't include regular foods in your comic, I'm only advising against Pokemon specific food things like Pecha or Ganlon berries as an example. Like, if you can go to a market and buy it yourself, it's perfectly fine for Buttermilk's comic.

i updated my alpha sapphire pmd.... to have a poochyena named ''husky'' instead of soru hisuian zorua..... & instead of riri the ratta-risu, i have a plusle named peanut :3 *the same peanut, my girl plusle from my old sapphire nuzlocke that i quit*

& i renamed aron from ''sto'' to '' ko '' the same boy aron from my old sapphire nuzlocke :>
i loved my little quiet peanut plusle & my little impish aron





*still have to redesign kin & vulvee :3 *

i replaced vulvee for taima the pikachu & i added miou the mew & vul the vulpix that was from the kitakami pmd in timeline 2 :3

To continue what I said before. Pokemon didn't invent cherries, or cashews, or lemons, etc. They only renamed them. If you want to use cherries and all the rest of the stuff on that list in your comic then there's no problem with that. But if you call cherries in your comic "cheri berries", then someone who doesn't know anything about Pokemon isn't going to know what that is, and anyone who doesn't like Pokemon may lose interest in reading it.

The bed being from a Pokemon card is so obscure that anyone who doesn't know the card specifically would never know the reference. This is a good thing actually, because I'd say that it would count as an easter egg rather than something much more obvious like the food names. I say keep it in.

lubi the houndour, the tandemaus girls & the pachi-maus sisters

minus pami's brother... kane is non-existant now...unless i can put him elsewhere..... i needed room :<

I'd say Tara might still be a bit surprised to see the odd looking Pikachu, but Topaz's new colors look kinda like the Pikachu hood that Tara's wearing, so she might be comforted a bit that they both look kinda alike.
