Are you referring to the Mega evolutions or Primal form Kyogre and Groudon? With Mega evolutions, they always receive a 100 BST boost, which can be distributed in any way. For Primal Reversion, not too much is known about it specifically, but Pokemon's official ORAS website claims that Kyogre will get a boosted special attack stat, and Groudon a boosted attack stat. Also, Groudon gains Fire-typing when he devolves.

I was refering to Primal Kyogre/Groundon.

I'm looking forward to seeing MegaCamerupt and MegaSharpedo. At least I hope it'll be those two. Archie could be given Mega Gyarados. And if they add in Houndoom to the Hoenn dex they could end up giving that to Maxie...I doubt it though.

Ah, to know about all the latest information, you can check out Pokemon's official ORAS page, of which reiterates what I stated earlier. Along with the stat boosts, it seems both Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre will be receiving a ability currently unknown to us, as they haven't revealed its name. Not much is known about them otherwise, although the paragraphs preceding the stats of Groudon do tell an interesting tale worth reading. o:

Don't forget possible signature moves (meaning new moves) :3 !

I wonder if they'll give one to Suicune (and Rayquaza (but she is more likely to get a new signature move as the other two are getting one)) seeing how it'll be the only Pokemon to be a mascot and not have a signature move (Hydro Cannon, Frenzy Plant, and Blast Burn were regarded as the signature moves for the Kanto mascot trio when those moves came out in their remakes FrLg, and the special edition Mascot (Pikachu) has Volt Tackle (also introduced during generation III)). Maybe they'll give it a Mega Evolution (and the other two member of it's trio) to make up for that.

I personally hope Sharpedo grows a tail if it gets a Mega. I mean it was an instant favorite, a Water Houndoom basically, until I found out it had no tail (basically it looks just like a big torpedo). I was a lil disappointed. :P

As for Groudon and Kyogre I'm 99% sure they'll get their permanent sun/rain back.

Also GF please give Crunch to Gyarados. Blastoise gets a lot of pulse moves to complement his new ability, and Gyarados doesn't get Crunch to go with new Dark typing?

I was appalled that Gyarados didn't get crunch as a move. I really thought it would have it until I looked it up on Bulbapedia. They might as well had made it a Pure Water type...

I hope it gains a tail too. Well it is based on a torpedo after all...but still. give it a missile effect like tail of water (like the flames in Mega Blaziken's arms, or Sceptile's leafy tail). At the very least give it a tail shaped like that of a torpedo's...

Just a cute little detail, but I saw someone elsewhere point out that Maxie's glasses have 3 circles on each side, similar to Camerupt's side-markings. And Archie has a dark star-like scar/marking on his face, similar to the star on Sharpedo's head!

The way Steven's sleeves get wider at the bottom reminds me of Metagross's Beldum-legs, so I expect to see them gain that sort of cool crown-like pattern Steven has on his cuffs.
I don't know if this has been said before (too lazy to read 28 pages xD), but I think the cuffs don't look that much like Beldum, so my guess it we'll see a Mega Metagross. {:3}

It doesn't make sense to me when Game Freak gives Pokemon a new typing, and then doesn't give them any new moves to exploit their newly acquired advantages, like Mega Gyarados. Hopefully, they fix some of those in ORAS, and don't make the same mistake again with Sceptile, Groudon, and any other new forms that alter the Pokemon's typing.

I know how much Mega Gyarados suffered there, it's Mega gains Dark-type yet it has no usable Dark moves to take advantage of. The only I recall is Bite, and that's weak in base power meaning it can't make use of the Dark STAB.

Ampharos lacked special-based Dragon moves until now, when it gained Dragon Pulse to take advantage of its Mega's Dragon typing and boosted Sp. Attack. Pinsir, despite becoming part-Flying in Mega form may not learn a good Flying move, but its Mega does get a powerful ability that makes its Normal moves Flying-type, effectively giving stuff like Return and Quick Attack STAB.

I really want to see the issue with Gyarados fixed, and give it a stronger Dark move. Learning Bite but not learning Crunch feels so weird, especially given most Pokemon with jaws were able to learn both moves. Sceptile does get a few Dragon moves, but it needs easier access to them because not everybody wants to breed like mad to get egg moves.

Of course, the Pokemon I mentioned do learn some moves that correspond with their new typing, but it wouldn't feel right for Game Freak to simply ignore the fact that they gave them that typing, and refuse to award them new moves to go along with the STAB advantage they now possess. Now, I'm not saying throw Draco Meteor into Sceptile's move pool, but something that still makes sense, haha n__n;

Since Vulpixs can be found at the cemetery place... Mega Ninetales please!

I used to think Sharpedo has a tail and full body like any sharks in real life; It was just a angle, you know, until I find out it's a half mauled shark.

Ampharos had access to Dragon Pulse back in Gen IV by move tutor, so it's not exactly new.

Let's hope they give Mega Ampharos and Mega Sceptile access to Draco Meteor. Perhaps if they have their mega stones on them the tutor will recognize they have potential to learn them as some sort of "dragon essence" is in them (their Potential to Mega evolve into part dragons).

I would love to see a Mega Ninetails that's Fire/Ghost or Fire/Psychic. Plus it already has moves that fit those types.

Gosh, My Hype for Mega-Ludicolo can not be contained. I drew some sketches of what it might look like. My Version would be So OU Tier.

I'm trying to imagine a Mega-Shiftry, but his normal form is so wacked. He has no arms or body, it's all head and shoes! I don't know how they would Mega him without making him look like a whole new Pokemon.

It may be best for them to make Mega Shiftry look like a new Pokemon. It'll satisfy those who say that Megas look to similar to their plain form. Sableye satisfies those who wanted something more basic after all.

Not sure what Shiftry you're looking at, haha! Maybe you don't consider its leafy fan-like extremities 'arms', but in this picture it looks, to me, like it does indeed have a torso. However, that may just be the anime altering things - I checked its dex entries as well, and there's nothing spare some cool information about the forest guardian, haha. o: I'd love to see him receive a Mega evolution in ORAS myself!

Megas Shiftry and Ludicolo would certainly be interesting XD I liked using Ludicolo a lot competitively in Gen. V OU before Drizzle + Swift Swim was banned, so I'd like to be able to use it again. As for Shiftry, I like its design and typing, but it's weak defensively and isn't speedy enough (unless it has Chlorophyll under sun). If it were to receive a Mega Evo., it'd be nice if it became faster (likely making it a glass cannon) or had better defenses.

To me, Shiftry looks like it should be a speedy Pokemon, so if they don't alter that with Mega Shiftry's design, I hope it does get a speed stat buff. in NU, it can be helpful, but the times I've tried using it have gotten me mixed results. Maybe a Mega evolution could turn the tables for Shiftry! I might have to make room in my team for it o:

Snowpoint bought up the idea that perhaps they could give it Protean. He mentioned it'll be fitting as it's based on a Tengu. Tengu have the power to control the elements such as earth, wood (grass), wind (flying), among others.

I want Mega Ludicolo and Mega Shiftry to be version exclusive

Btw, I want Tenguman.EXE to become Mega Shiftry
