Well there are a few different kinds of boosting. Shield boosting is what you do to level up. Basically to do it you get a friend to join the other team and use a riot shield, all he does is stand there and let you shoot at him which racks up tons of match bonus points. When you run out of ammo you let him kill you and then you start over again.Wth is boosting and how do you do it?
Oooooooh! Didnt know there was a name for it! Lolz. Yeah, I think im gonna try that! lol.
The Javelin is plain stupid if you ask me and it doesnt make sense. Dont you have to die to set it off?
This just happened to me today, but I thought is was the most fun I have ever had in matchmaking so far. Sure, it's a glitch in the servers, but it's damn enjoyable if you ask me. Auto AC-130 105mm cannons rip up everything.Someone inform me when IW releases the damned patch to fix the "Infinite Ammo" glitch/hack/virus.
Until then, I'm not playing.
Yeah I know, but it may be the only way I can Nuke anyone :/
No big deal... I've seen people on 10th prestige.OMG, I saw 2 guys earlier whao we already on Prestige 5... Wow.
Boosting takes the fun away from getting it on your own. Maybe it be boosting XP, boosting weapons, boosting nukes, or kills. On CoD4 I got the gold AK-47 (Assault), M1014 (Shotgun), Dragonov (Sniper), and Mini-Uzi (SMG) all of them I got legit. The gold M60 (LMG) I boosted for it just to get it done (I got Red Tiger for the RPD and that was about it, because I can't stand LMGs). After it was all said and done... I looked back at the legit weapons and was proud of them because I put hours and hours and hours and hours into them weapons and I had something to be proud of (and also it means you can use any weapon out there). The M60 on the other hand, I didn't have that feeling because I boosted for it, I don't regret it but it's a "I don't give a flip about the gold M60" type of thing. So if you boosted to get your first nuke, or boosted to get this or that camo you might be happy for a short while but in the end you didn't play right to get that camo, or get that nuke. Just like I didn't play right to get the gold M60 (that's why I always say "I got all my gold weapons legit other then the LMG").Yeah, I think im gonna try that! lol.
Personally... I'll take the 18 player games over the javelin glitch. The javelin patch has ruined the game.
Since then I've seen 18-man Rust games and infinite grenade launch matches.
IW need to sort it out.
So use Ninja. None of the other green perks out does Ninja so it shouldn't be a big deal.I am starting to get really annoyed with all of these campers on 'Free-for-all' matches.
7 games I went into tonight had every single one of them with heartbeat sensors and they were camping. Was beyond annoying.
Having to unlock weapons (or items, etc) in a game is a poor way at extending the life of a game. If I want to use a specific weapon I shouldn't have to play X amount of hours or complete X amount of challenges.Boosting takes the fun away from getting it on your own.
