Who do you guys think is the most underrated legendary? I think Regirock is.

    Honorable mention to Cresselia

I always liked Regirock the most out of the Regis, the spikes on its back and the mallets for hands are pretty cool. I think Palkia is pretty underrated. Seems like it gets the least love out of Sinnoh's big three and I really like its typing and design.

Palkia is a great answer. Biped Pokemon are so much more badass than quadruped ones and that's why Palkia is cooler than Dialga. Ntm Spacial Rend > Roar of Time

Regigigas' bad ability is pretty much the reason people don't like/use it I think =p
It's usually dead or near dead by the time Slow Start wears off.

I often forget about this thing:
    [PokeCommunity.com] Most Underrated Legendary

Even though it's honestly not a bad legendary. I think I mostly forget about it, just because there's so many legendaries and this one is just more forgettable to me.
Don't really know how underrated it is though.

Also wondering how popular the legendary genies are? (Tornadus/Thundurus/Landorus)
They've just never really appealed to me tbh.

I hate the legendary genies. They were a mistake.

Palkia is very underrated. Such a badass design, typing, and move pool. I was one of the people who got Diamond version and my brother got Pearl. I won't say I regretted it per say but will admit my brother ended up having the cooler box art legendary Mon. BDSP will be a chance for me to redeem myself if I ever end up buying the Switch.

    Seeing the Heatran mention... gosh so true. I never cared much for its design at all. Probably high up on my forgettable list too. Only good thing about it is an inside joke my husband had with his friends that he told me about loool. B-but at least I have a shiny one in GO?? :D;;

You do realize the words "underrated" and "forgettable" are nowhere near synonymous right Sheep? In fact, they are rather antonymous.

They are not synonymous no, but still related. To use Heatran as an example. It's pretty forgettable, and therefore not particularly popular. However, the people that do like it could see that lack of popularity as it being underrated. It's a matter of perspective imo.

I hear you Rekoil. I just feel that if something is underrated, you believe it deserves more credit than it gets as a truly impressive work of art, and if that's the case, it's hard to imagine it being as forgettable in the same vein.

I got sick of seeing heatran, it's used in pretty much every competitive oriented team.

I don't know about "underrated" but one of my favorite Pokemon is Articuno. It's definitely been left in the dust as so many more powerful Pokemon now exist. Even many non legendary Pokemon exist now that are much more powerful. Ice/Flying is not a good type.

Raikou. Entei got an entire movie about itself, Suicuine was the mascot of Crystal. But Raikou? Aside from that one special episode (The Legend of Thunder) Raikou basically got basically nothing. No, I don't count the Illusion of Zoroark movie because the legendary beasts shared the spotlight in that one. Not only is the Legend of Thunder special pretty obscure these days, it's not on dvd anywhere either, so finding something where Raikou is the spotlight is a challenge these days.

Also, the three genies are overhated and underrated.

Tapu Fini. Cool design that lets you easily tell its Type. Granted, it can't set up favorable terrain like its fellow Guardians, but it's still a very useful mon and didn't deserve to get the short end of the stick like it did.
