Moves Pokemon can learn,but shouldn't

wooper and ice punch

it has no arms or hands
 
Doduo and Dodrio can learn Fly despite being based off flightless birds. This has always bothered me a lot.
 
Rhydon can learn Surf, yet it's 4x weak to Water. It would DIE while Surfing!
Klefki can learn Draining Kiss. How does it kiss? ~_~
Smeargle being able to use Fly via Sketch. Actually, Smeargle being able to use any move with Sketch is strange and weird.
Zubat can use Mean Look. But it doesn't have any eyes! I doubt its mouth can convey much "mean looks".
A tiny bird like Pidgey or Spearow using Fly. How can this tiny little sparrow-sized bird carry a person from one city to another?
Diglett and Dugtrio using Scratch, Slash, Sucker Punch, etc.. Where are its claws/fists?

Pok?mon logic is weird. ^_^

1. pokemon don't die
2. i know that klefki is weird
3. some moves do make sense for smeargle to use
4. zubat's teeth are triangles,so it's hiding its four eyes in its four teeth
5. pidgey and spearow do make sense to learn fly. they're winged birds that can fly,so it makes sense for the to learn fly.
6. diglett and dug trio scratch and slash the opponent with their noses,and sucker punch's japanese name is surprise attack
7. yes,pokemon logic is weird
 
Mew is the only genderless Pok?mon that can learn captivate but it fails everytime due to being genderless

And then we have Cryogonal, another genderless Pokemon that's able to learn Attract... but Volcarona, a Pokemon that has a gender, can't even learn it.

What explains this, Game Freak?
 
Rain Dance on Flareon, Moltres, Ho-Oh, Heatmor & some other Fire Types. Great choice, after all why wouldn't you want to lower the damage of your only STAB moves (in case of single Fire Types) by 50%

Same way, Sunny Day on Water Types like Vaporeon, Slowking, Corsola, Suicune etc. Again it reduces the power of Water Types by 50%. Why the heck would Pokemon learn moves that reduces their STABs? Doesn't make sense at all

Groudon can learn Thunder. It's pointless due to accuracy being 50%, and it uses its inferior Special Attack.

To be fair, Genesect's cannon serves as a means to shoot flames from.

Anyway, I don't get how Solgaleo gets Wake-up Slap. Probably swats with its front legs?

There's also Cryogonal with its weird array of moves besides Attract, like (Night) Slash and Solar Beam.
