4. Magnezone was the sheriff in PMD II. It could easily arrest criminals with Thunder Wave.
 
5. Hoothoot. Every policeman in Platinum had one, so I assume they work well.

Speaking of Hoothoot, name five Pokemon whose typing you disagree with. I think Hoothoot's evo line matches Psychic/Flying more than Normal/Flying, for example.
 
1. I would have liked Flygon to be Dragon/Bug.
 
2. I think Clauncher and evo look to be more Water/Electric than pure Water
 
4. Caterpie need to be a grass/bug type Pokémon it suits him better.
 
1. Oddish can have Run Away!
