Silken, azure hair that falls in an almost straight uninterrupted manner , is Ileana's defining feature; a picturesque complement to her pungently tact crimson iris. Ileana is often dressed in a long, scarlet cassock, with a violet mantle of a similar length, laced with a golden trim, and coupled with a grand carmine ribbon, traditional to that of the kinfolks of the 'Serenes.' Her build is fairly typical, though, a tad bit petite in comparison to most; though despite her dainty build, Ileana is physically strong, in terms of raw strength, though often undemonstrative of the aforementioned, unless provoked, of course. Although, she is extraordinarily tall, standing at roughly one hundred seventy seven centimeters, towering most, in regards to height. Ileana's complexion, much to her disdain is rather awfully pale, bordering an oddly whitish pigment; though, its lack of color receives little attention.

Skills:

Ileana is a well- versed shinobi, possessing monstrous aptitude of element- based ninjutsu (most precisely, flame (Katon.), and water (Suiton.). She also possesses fairly large chakra reserves, able to expend massive amounts of chakra without immediate exhaustion. Ileana is also a well- balanced kunoichi, with vast expertise in taijutsu, and genjutsu as well. Her most feared talents are her meticulous chakra control and shape manipulation.

'Katon' Expertise.

Ileana, to put it simply, is a naturally talented 'Katon-' nin, as it is her primary, and principle affinity. With monstrous aptitude such as this, she is capable of performing a large- scale 'Katon' technique, without expending massive amounts of chakra. In conjunction with this, she is able to execute certain 'Katon' techniques with a single hand, and stroke, as a testament of her skill.

'Suiton' Expertise.

Ileana is fairly exceptional 'Suiton' user, despite not specializing in the area; her aptitude is comparable to that of her 'Katon' expertise, although to a much lesser extent. Yes, she is capable of performing large- scale 'Suiton' techniques, although with minor implications, such as expending a minimally large amount of chakra, as it is necessary. Conversely, Ileana cannot perform 'Suiton' techniques with a single hand, as she does not specialize in it.

Taijutsu/ Stamina.

Ileana is an adept taijutsu- nin, despite not specializing in the area. Her reflexes are fairly swift, capable of outmaneuvering, or at the very least, reacting to a shinobi entering the early stages of the 'Eight Gates' technique. Although, Ileana rarely resorts to taijutsu, as it is intensely and physically demanding. Her stamina and endurance are also fairly exceptional.

Genjutsu.

Ileana is a phenomenal genjutsu- nin, as it is one of her trademarks, as well as the complement of her 'Katon' affinity. As elusive as it is, it can outmaneuver even a highly skilled sensor- nin, which attests to be fatal, as her genjutsu induces both mental, and physical torture. As a testament of her skill, Ileana is able to cast a genjutsu without weaving hand seals (only applicable to sound genjutsu, her primary asset).

History: Ileana hails from a nomadic tribe of the 'Serenes,' a tribe noted for their aptitude in spiritual- based ninjutsu, as well as unique, distinct genjutsu known as the 'Galdrar.' Although originally born and bred in the blossoming vicinity of Konohagakure, she was never exposed much to her home, much to her disdain. Her tribe was always venturing to other foreign lands, immersing themselves with new cultures, as well as honing their talents to ultimately support the cultivation of the clan; although, this was not their original rationale for distancing themselves with Konohagakure. There was violent tension present amongst the 'Uchiha' and the kinfolks of the 'Serenes.' Truth be told, this was never resolved. The tensions were so high, that eventually, it escalated into a skirmish between the two opposing clans. Ileana, as the sole daughter of the present chieftain, was a notable target of the 'Uchiha.' They were very much determined to end her life, as a memento of their superiority over the 'Serenes.' Of course, they did not succeed; in taking her life that is. Of course, as one of the principle powers of the Hidden Leaf, they were much stronger than the 'Serenes.' This led to a rather brief skirmish, with the 'Uchiha' clan as its victor. As a result of the skirmish, lives were lost, including the chieftain of the 'Serenes.' The 'Serenes' swore vengeance towards the Uchiha, and departed from the village with Ileana as their chieftain, as young as she was. But, Ileana never held a grudge against the Uchiha, despite their actions. Resolved to end the tension between the opposing clans, her tribe soon reentered the village, only to find that the 'Uchiha' were no more. Whilst the clan spoke ill will towards them, asserting that it was karma that led to their downfall, Ileana was quite grief stricken, aware that the peace she had dreamt of with her enemies was never to be reached.

Personality: Ileana possesses a light hearted, merry demeanor, often bearing a jolly expression regardless; although, truth be told, she cannot be made to flinch, retaining her merry temperament regardless. Though, Ileana can become, at times, somber, and awfully grave, often bordering into a critical, overly severe countenance; although this varies, often contingent upon the circumstance at hand. Despite her occasional severity, Ileana possesses a kind- hearted nature, willing to aid a fellow in desperation; truth be told, she possesses a heart of pure, unblemished gold. Although, her kind disposition, fully exemplifies her unapparent innocence and naïveté; often, she is demonstrative of the aforementioned, much to the disdain of her tribe; her appeal for the stability with the renowned 'Uchiha' is often elusively derided, though, not publicly. Despite her tribe's apparent incongruity, there is still a degree of respect present amongst themselves, and the chieftain.

Custom Techniques:

Fire Release, Infernal Element.

Requiring only a single hand seal, four rivulets of fiery magma ascend upon the heavens. They culminate into a raging sphere of flames, and inferno, which hover through the horizon, only to descend upon its quarry and combust savagely into flaming conflagrations of inferno, and firestorms.

'Galdrar' of Release/ Release 'Galdrar'

A genjutsu without need of hand seals, as it is a sound- based genjutsu, and indigenous to the 'Serenes' tribe. The user stridently intones a sequence of alluring melodies, characterized by a strong vibrato that if perceived by the target via hearing, can metaphorically separate its target's soul, and its body. The affected target will only be able to watch helplessly, unable to assist its body. Of course, the technique doesn't actually separate the body and mind, but makes it seem that way. The first note perceived will instantaneously place those whom have heard it in the 'Galdrar's' influence.

Seireijutsu: God's Shield.

Requiring three hand seals prior to activation, a rune of shimmering light envelops the user; it acts as a barrier, infused with a sealing formula that dispels jutsu via sealing it if made direct contact with the rune. The barrier can be extended, but expending more chakra is necessary for such a thing.

Chakra Manipulation.

A technique native to Ileana herself, the user is granted a degree of manipulation of the jutsus they have casted, capable of altering the shape or direction of the technique kneaded by the user's chakra. The technique is only applicable to jutsus of the user's chakra.

Exploding Mizu Bunshin.

A technique similar to Itachi Uchiha's exploding Kage Bunshin's, the user molds an image of herself composed of liquid water, which in turn, acts as the user; the clone possesses 'Paper Bombs,' embedded in its upper and lower extremities, that detonates upon the user's will.

Nice work there, although it does seem to suggest that Ayame is seriously OP.
Again though, the RP itself is the true measure and that is only an estimate.

The numbers are quite consistent to be honest. It is similar to the anime in the sense that most of the Akatsuki are higher in strength than the normal ninjas, and all of them are very close to 30.

Coincidentally, Ayame's total stats are equivalent to Itachi Uchiha's, which means she has the highest stats in both the anime world and this RP world. Additionally, she holds the record for highest kunoichi. Making her truly Legendary :D

I think it's reasonable for the Akatsuki to be a good deal stronger, seeing as their powerful like that. A number close to forty...Damn. Impressive! But I'm going to assume that these numbers are like power levels in DragonBall: Relatively useless.

Klicer, the lowest at 24? o_o That can't be right... She might be a hothead but she is no weakling, that's for sure. Also, Soneshi has no direct impact on her skills other than having a partner and some extra chakra to spare, so that changes nothing (how it works for Nev is up to you). I'll do my stat list for better accuracy.

Yeah, Asina isn't accurate either and that's mostly my doing because I haven't made a table (nor feel the need to). If it's that in demand I can, but I'd rather showcase her abilities in the roleplay.

Yeah, and also, I don't see how Ayame could possible be that far ahead of everyone. I could probably reduce Klicer's a bit because, let's face it, she's a kunochi and they usually aren't stronger than the shinobi, but I don't think a 24 is justice of her abilities.

I think there's a lot of factors that were overlooked when the original ones were done, such as drawbacks from certain things. In Klicer's case, her sensitivity to light and gas-based jutsu hinders her even with a high stat total. And plus, all of her stats are halved when she loses all her chakra (although it should be like that for everyone, because using all of your chakra can do that). So, it's okay for people to have high stats as long as there are drawbacks. Maybe we should include those as -'s to get a more realistic total.

^ Yeah, that too. Honestly it'll never be as accurate as we all have in mind no matter how hard we try.

Actually for Asina I went with the words Average/high/above average to mean roughly the same thing as the number system. Since taijutsu was average, I calculated strength/speed as slightly above average. And although I gave the intelligence catagory a 5/5, you posted that her genjutsu was virtually none (1/5) severely lowering the overall score.

As for Klicer, I didn't give any chunin a 5/5 in any category, as that would be extremely generous. Additionally, your stats are comparable to Kiba's from the anime (to put in perspective) which doesn't mean your character is very low rather, the characters created in this RP are (by stats) crazy powerful compared to the Anime, while yours is fairly consistent.

I think The Kurotenshi is good around thirty. But I don't think Chunin's should have some of those stats without valid reason. We have to remember typically it takes three or four regular ninjas to combat even one Akatsuki member.
