This isn't really the section to ask for help with ROMhacking or fangames, but the post above has a link you can follow to a really good section for that, and if that still doesn't work you can try sending a PM to one of that section's Moderators and ask them where the best place to make a post looking for help would be. :pikathumbsup:

Hello everyone, I know that I haven't been very active about posting here, but I've been kind of busy lately. I have been lurking around here, from time to time, though, so if you have seen my user name in the forums, but I haven't posted in a while, well I guess that's why, cause I've been kind of busy lately.

I've mostly been rewatching the Pokemon anime a lot lately, mostly the earlier seasons.

I still play the Pokemon games from time to time, when I'm in the mood to do so, and I'm still trying to figure out how to do the Cute Charm glitch, on my Gen 4 games, mostly on Diamond.

I guess the main thing that made me wanna come back and start posting again, is not only am I trying to be more active on here, but I'm also some what interested in participating in the Get Together 2025 event that I saw posted on the home page. But I would like to see if I can get some more in-depth information about that, and mainly the Events that I saw that were posted on there. I know that I should probably post on the thread to ask for more information about it, but I just wanted to give everyone here the heads up, that I am some what interested in that.

I am really very pretty knowledgeable about the Pokemon anime, since I've been watching that a lot, and I saw something about Pokemon Anime Nights on that thread, so I'm thinking that I might wanna try and contribute to that, if that's okay.

And although I haven't been posting in PoryKid's Pokemon Anime club, all that much, it's because I'm kind of trying to catch up to the current episode that he's posted. I mean I know that's he's on the Adventures in the Orange Islands episodes, but just to give you an idea of where I'm at, I've been watching a lot of episodes from the Indigo League, lately. I tend to kind of jump around quite a bit when I'm watching the Pokemon anime, cause I have so many Pokemon VHS tapes and Pokemon DVDs, that I've been watching it on. Like sometimes I'll be watching the Pokemon Indigo League on DVD, and then as of lately, I've been watching Pokemon Master Quest on DVD. This is what I mean when I say that I've kind of been jumping around in the Pokemon anime. However I also noticed that it's been about a week or so since PoryKid has posted in that thread, so I dunno maybe he's taking a break from the club, or still watching and preparing for the next episode. I dunno.

But the last thing I wanted to say here, was since like I said, I am some what interested in participating in the Get Together 2025 event that I saw posted on the home page, was in case I do decide to participate in some of the other events there, I guess my main question is... will I need my own Nintendo Switch console? Because I currently do not own a Nintendo Switch console, nor do I own a Switch 2, for that matter. Granted I know that that console just came out, but I did not get one on the release day. But once I saw all the hype surrounding the Switch 2, it made me start to think, but not about getting a Switch 2, but getting a Switch 1 of my own, since like I said, I don't own one of my own yet, but I've been wanting to get a Switch 1 of my own, mainly because I think that the Switch 1 might be a little bit less expensive than getting a Switch 2 at this point. Plus, I just wanna get a Switch 1 before I get a Switch 2.

All right, I think that wraps up what I wanted to say here. Sorry for the very lengthy post, but since I've been gone for quite a while, I thought it was necessary for me to explain what I've been up to as of lately. I look forward to doing what I can in the Get Together 2025 event.

Yeah, a fair amount lol. It underwent a whole site migration to XF, and a few sections got shifted around and merged. It's pretty different even from when I first joined, but it's still going strong.

But no, I don't believe you need to own a switch in order to participate in at least most of the events.

Okay, I'm sorry about that. I'll ask about it in the Get Together 2025 thread. Thanks for the tip, and also thanks for letting me know that I don't need a Switch to participate.
