I vote for houndoom over myghteyana just by a brief difference between both

houndoom, because fire dark dogs are better than just dark, and who has ever battled an ev trained mightyena?

Houndoom is obviously stronger and Mightyena is just basic. It's such a shame there are so many...basic Pokemon that do not have much going for them. Rattata is great at the beginning because it grows fast and the attack helps. It quickly becomes less useful. I use weaker Pokemon to make the games last longer.

Gallade is gonna obliterate Primape with a single Psycho Cut :O

That would be rather counter-productive, wouldn't it? You know, since Gallade and Primeape are on the same team.
