NFL: Predictions and Such...

lol

Meh, I'm not crazy about the new MNF though. Just seems to ESPN-ish for me. lol

And I thought Kitna's TM was getting hit REALLY hard...lol

yeah that too. he has a knack for eating turf :P

So the Bears have announced that Kyle Orton is their starting QB this week

Kyle Orton? Wasn't that the guy whop used to play for Purdue? Wow, they ARE desperate.

Well, I wish him the best O_o

Do you see the Pats going undefeated now? I mean, the Giants are the only decent team they play so yeah...but keep in mind that my PHINS always seem to beat them once a year even though they're always at a huge disadvantage...*upset rambling*

But I doubt that happens this year.

Yeah, I thought the colts would beat 'em but ouch...

I still have /some/ hope though. I hoipe they get beaten by...like...the Browns in the playoffs. lol

Hahaha that would be particularly ironic, because Bill Belicheck used to be the coach of the Browns

I forgot about that, Wasn't that like, a massive failure? lol

But imagine what an injury to Brady would do to the Pats :0 that would be a shame.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure he never made the playoffs in like...5 years with the Browns.

In other news, I read an interesting article today. Seems either QB Alex Smith, Coach Mike Nolan, or both, will not be a 49er next year
The two hate each other.
Nolan accuses Alex Smith of overstating his injuries, not wanting to play, and using injuries as an excuse for being bad
Alex Smith accuses Nolan of lying about the extent of his injuries, undermining him, and turning the team against him
Apparently one of the 49ers [anonymous] said that some of the players refer to Alex as "The Lion". Not because of him being the 'king of the jungle', but The Lion from Oz...a Coward

A coward? Man, that's terrible...the Niners had such high hopes this year...my, have things turned around or what?

Broncos rule,lol=D..............................

Yeah that's one way to really shatter a QB's confidence
Nolan is an idiot. Alex is a QB with potential but no guidance. he made strides last year because he had Norv Turner as a O-coordinator. he's famous for helping young QB's develop
With Norv gone, Alex fell to pieces
Frank ain't running how he did last year, and Darrell Jackson has been a disappointment

So they suck...basically...but I can't talk since I liek the Dolphins...

And do you the the Pats getting to the Super Bowl? I think they get upset, I just have a gut feeling...

something inside me sort of says they choke....but no. they're just too damn good for me to predict them to lose. barring major injury, I think they win it all
If the Colts are HEALTHY when they play them in the playoffs, the Colts have a shot

And by the way, Brett Favre leads ALL players in pro bowl votes this year so far :]
Here's a list of the top:

Looking at this George Mitchell stuff in baseball, I'm glad I care more about football :0 I just hope it never is as corrupted as baseball is now, or cycling :0

But the Steelers vs. the Jags should be a good one. I have the Jags, simply because I'm guessing. I mean, the Steelers have losses to teams liek the Jets, and the Pats just thrashed them. The Jags can jump on 'em.

I sure hope the Jags win it....but now that Stroud is out for the year..it's gonna be close

Marcus Stroud is a beast. That'll hurt going against Willie Parker which only means good news for my fantasy team :P
