    Rayquaza is the only one that does not have a Primal form.

    • Necrozma isn't part dragon type, plus it's the only single-typed of the three.

    (the other two don't have one)

    • Throh, because he doesn't have any evolutions, is a male only pokemon, and can't use any slashing moves, unlike the other two.
