That's not necessarily true, I've never won the prettiest profile contest, yet I've received the profile Designer Emblem. You just have to have a good looking profile, or continually put enough effort into your profile that makes people say wow, every time you change your profile style.

You know what's stupid? I see people with that Profile Designer Emblem whose profiles look like crap on a stick.

Seriously.
 
Unfortunately, JD, when we're not dealing with the Profile Contest it's up to what staff members find appealing, even though I doubt any of them have to the time to go through EVERY members profile and check their colors. Beauty is just one of the things you can't set rules on.

Yes it is. Keep your mouth shut if you don't know what your talking about.

Emblems are all to do with your recognition by staff.
So try and get noticed. Not by complaining though.

And besides the Strange Name Emblem, I DEMAND the smiley emblem, cause I use them too much ;____;
 
This isn't the thread to ask for emblems.
Because, asking is how you don't get them.
You get emblems by being noticed by staff for doing things that fit qualifications for an emblem, not by asking for them.
Asking for them and complaining doesn't really do anything. :[
Stop asking or you won't get any more. :\

Okay, I agree with the Photo of the Week emblem.

Plus, America attacked them to show other countries how strong is it and Japan was the one attacked for no reason, basically. And I am not starting a flame war.
 
But how do you really expect to get emblems? It's not like most mods go around, just giving out emblems all day....plus, even if some people DO fit the qualifications for something, that doesn't mean they are going to get noticed. I could have a qualifications for so many, but that doesn't mean an admin will come up to me and just think, instead of whatever I'm talking about, "Hey! This guy needs the Wall of Text Emblem!" No, he/she's going to reply to the topic and not really think of it. It's should HAVE to be on an ask/demand basis, that way others will be able to get their fair deserved Emblems.
