I had been out of a job for nearly four years now, and sometimes I feel my autism (I have a high-functioning variant, pretty much like Aspergers) acts as a hindrance to me in that it exposes my insecurities. I'm hoping to get a job in the grocery industry, especially considering how long I've had to help my mother with the shopping every week.
