Chit-Chat: ok stop i didmt asked about that

The next time I get pulled over for a routine traffic stop, I'm gonna make sure I say "I DIDMT DO NUFFIM" and report back with the results.

I live in a well populated neighbourhood so you'd think they'd have more

There's traffic stops pretty consistently here, but that's mostly because of the fact that Arizona has no tolerance whatsoever for things like DUI and whatnot. Back in the city where I lived, it was relatively close to a college campus, so that was even more ground for cops to pull you over for even swerving the wrong way.

i have to drive like super extra careful now that i have a commercial drivers license. like i cannot even enjoy speeding past some old person anymore who's doing 20 in a 35 :(

Not trying to bash you since you have a CDL, but I will say this: as a motorist, I cannot stand it when I drive past semi trucks that are doing more than 15-20 under the posted speed limit when they are in full gear. Thankfully I don't see this happen often, but it does and I have had to deal with it.

I know that truck drivers do have a different speed limit than other motorists, but really if they can do 60 on the interstate, there's no need to be going 40 in a 60 on a two-laned US highway.

the speed limit for commercial vehicles on the interstate is 60mph, even if the speed limit on a US highway is 55, we are not allowed to go 55. you have to remember that the speed limit was made for cars and not commercial vehicles to begin with. i mean you all can stop on a dime, we cannot.

Honestly, I'm scared of driving. I'm happy with taking the bus for the rest of my life. Thankfully i live in an area where you can get basically anywhere by bus.

I HATE public transit. It's exactly why I invested in a Motorcycle.

I can't drive either, I get distracted easily and I'm too anxious.

Okay stop now i didmt asked about that*

I usually walk everywhere but a bicycle would be super convenient and fast, I should probably get one

i love and hate driving at the same time. it's definitely worth it for convenience sake, but the amount of crappy drivers you encounter on the roads is beyond believable.

My mother feels like she needs a car, since I had to do all the heavy lifting with all our grocery shopping due to her bad back. But she also dreads that she'll be too angry on the roads.

A couple years ago, starting in 2010, I spend most of my day watching Youtube videos and I did so for many many years and I enjoyed it quite a lot. However, a couple months ago I stopped enjoying it and now I find myself rather looking for alternative platforms and avoiding Youtube as much as possible. I wonder what happened.

youtube culture really shifted over the past few years and so many of the popular channels are completely garbage now. there are very few I can stand enough to watch consistently.
