Although not everyone is eligible for it -you need to meet these specific requirements - you would be surprised about how many people actually do get work study. Right, and it's a minimum requirement for me to have six credit hours in a semester to maintain work study. However, I feel I should be able to balance the two fairly easily. :]
 
Work study is probably part of how I got where I am - I did work study that was web development all four years of college. :)
 
On another note...

I'm sooo sunburned. I put some lotion on today to try to lessen it but it's still so painful. At least it's only on my shoulders.
 
I'd much rather be sun burnt than sore on the neck, like I am right now. :c Attempted a backflip on a trampoline yesterday, and let's just say I didn't land it as well as I wanted to.
 
I'd rather be sunburnt than have poison oak rashes like I have now.

There has got to be a way to make that plant extinct. I mean it, I don't see how beneficial the existence of such a plant is to anything.

I got sunburnt the other day at the pool. It wasn't very severe so I saw it as beneficial for the acne on my shoulders and triceps. :3

Also, I'm adding this to my growing list of things to buy with my first job. A tattoo, if you will. It's going to go towards the top of my forearm, between its under and oversides.

You can see it in the favicon. Jake did an announcement about it too. It's the pokeball-looking thing on the tattoo, second from the right.

Yes. In a way the "Trojan Regiment" and our unit crest represent my past, PC's logo my present, and the mercury a symbol of my partner and my future.

My mother should be getting home in a few and tonight I'm hoping to scout out a few price quotes from different shops. :)

Please don't get that tattoo. I'm not snarking on you or trying to be mean. I have your best interests at heart when I ask you not get a tattoo representing your girlfriend at 16 and a Pokemon forum.

I imagine that as I move on in my life these things will become lasting relics on my body of the past times in my life. Besides, the majority of people I meet would have no idea what any of them mean unless I explain them to them, as they're personal marks that have meaning specifically to me.
