What's your favorite thing to make or eat? It doesn't have to be anything extravagant. I know there are times when I like to make a grilled cheese just as much as I like to make something that takes an hour or so to prepare.

One of my favorite recipes lately though is for these Parmesan and Sage crusted pork chops. The recipe I've been using is here: https://allrecipes.com/recipe/parmesan-sage-pork-chops-2/

The flour mixture it calls for is just enough to cover up to 6, 1/2 inch thick pork chops, however you should double the bread crumb mixture if you plan to make more than 2 chops.

When it only has 2 or 3 minutes left in the oven I like to sprinkle shredded Italian cheese on top of each chop. They come out very juicy and they're one of my favorite dishes which I usually serve with mac n cheese and green beans.

I can make pizza, with the help of my grandma, so I don't burn everything down. :)

What kind of alcohol did you use? Bourbon and nilla wafers both sound really good right now.

To be perfectly honest, I don't really remember (which tells of the potency of the alcohol used haha). I think that Yellow Jack Honey Whisky would probably taste really good with it, or essentially any kind of whisky really. I'm a sucker for that kind of stuff.

Usually when I drink I just go for straight Vodka because I don't really like all the weird flavors of stuff. I know I tried some peach or mango or some kind of fruity rum once but I didn't really feel it. Does the Yellow Jack Honey Whiskey actually taste of Honey? Because that probably would go good.

I can't find the recipe online, but I remember it being realllly simple. It's fruit dip basically consisting of cool whip, brown sugar, and like nutmeg or something (probably more stuff, but again, can't remember). Goes really well with apples and bananas, and tbh, I ate it with bread or by itself a lot of the time.

Here's one for dessert lovers. I can't take credit for this recipe, though one thing was my idea that I changed from the original. I can't find the original either. Anyway, my boyfriend and I like to make a really rich dessert we call a s'moregasm. Not what it was called in the place I saw it, but hey, whatever.

Anyway, you need a 6 inch skillet pan (I don't recommend one larger, and this will be enough for 2-3 people) and some chocolate chip cookie dough. You can buy it or make it. I prefer to just buy it, because I don't really have the time to make my own. You'll also need graham crackers, marshmallows, and soft caramel (Lancaster Caramels are fantastic for this! I recommend about 4. You could also use chocolate for this, but I replaced it with caramel because chocolate chips = enough chocolate imo). Take enough dough to line the bottom of the pan while crumbling some graham cracker into it. Then, for the middle part, pull apart some of the marshmallows and place them in the middle wherever you like. Do the same with the caramel, minus pulling it apart cause that ain't gonna be pretty. In the original recipe, they said to put chucks of graham cracker in the middle as well, however I think it just messes it up and I'd rather have little hints of it throughout the dough.

Add the top layer of dough, incorporating graham cracker into that as well. I like to leave some of the marshmallows showing in the top. It looks great when it comes out of the oven. Sprinkle a little more graham cracker bits on top if you'd like. It goes in the over on 400 for 15 minutes. Voila! Enjoy. :)

    No yeast cinnamon rolls

The other day I was trying to surprise my dad with homemade cinnamon rolls when he got home. Lately he's been going through a bit of tough circumstances and I just tend to add to his worries/troubles. So I figured if I could make him these it might make up for some of my late failures. About a week ago I tried a no yeast pizza dough recipe that turned out well, and since we still have no yeast, I decided to try a no yeast cinnamon roll recipe. Sometimes I don't pay attention and end up brushing past things that just aren't right. However you would think that I would have noticed something was up with the recipe when it not only didn't call for flour, but didn't call for egg or milk either. Now as it seems I must have been braindead but I went ahead with the recipe and surprise surprise, it didn't work and ended up a big blob of gloop. Now I know I can make these things without using yeast but my laptop is too slow and too old to load most things. So if anyone has any suggestions or family/granny's secret recipes then please do share.

When it comes to favorite things to eat, one of my favorites is egg salad.

When I make it, I use the following ingredients:
5 or 6 hard boiled eggs
    Miracle Whip
    Yellow Mustard
    Salt
    Pepper
    Celery Seed

To make it, the first step is to wash and peel the eggs. Then take an egg slicer and slice up each egg twice. Have the sliced up eggs in a metal bowl. After that, add in two spoonfuls of Miracle Whip. Then add in the mustard. Sprinkle in the salt, pepper, and the celery seed. After that, stir well so that the Miracle Whip and mustard mix. After that, the egg salad is ready to eat.

After all that, you can add bread so you can have an egg salad sandwich.

A few months ago when I was dating my ex, we celebrated our one year anniversary of being together and to celebrate I wanted to cook something. For a while I had forgotten were I had the recipe but I just found it. I also used this recipe for homemade potato skins. IMO they taste just like the ones they serve at TGI Fridays.

    Ingredients:
6 bone-in pork rib or loin chops, 1 to 1 1/4 inches thick (about 4 lb)
4 slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 small green bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 cup corn bread stuffing crumbs
    1/2 cup water
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
    1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
    1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Directions:

    1. Heat oven to 350°F. Make a pocket in each pork chop by cutting into side of chop toward the bone.

    2. In 12-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp. Stir in onion and bell pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender; remove from heat. Drain. Stir in stuffing crumbs and water until well mixed. Stir in cheese.

    3. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with seasoned salt, marjoram and pepper. Fill pockets with about 1/3 cup stuffing. In same skillet, cook pork over medium heat, turning once, until brown.

    4. Place pork chops in 13x9-inch pan. Cover tightly; bake 45 minutes. Uncover; bake about 15 minutes longer or until pork is slightly pink when cut near bone.

I really like making Apple Crumble with my daughter.

    -3 apples
    -50grams of sugar
    -50 grams of flour
    -150 grams of butter
    -tablespoon of cinomin

    Chinese duck and rice.

Okay, I lied - it is technically the Japanese method - but we do it pretty much the same way. The Japanese way is just healthier and taster.

Step 1: cook the duck, strip the fat.

Step 2: gently steam cook the rice so it is slightly sticky but can still be separated.

Step 3: put green leafs on top of the rice.

Step 4: put duck on top of the green leafs.

Step 5: put a proportional amount of soy sauce on the duck and around/on the rice.

Step 6: chop up some fresh spring onions and put those on top.

    Step 7: Enjoy!

One thing really simple but delicious is Watermelon Salad.

    1. Ball chunks of watermelon
    2. Cut onion into small pieces
    3. Add both to bowel
    4. Add vinegar (adjust amount to preference).
(optional)5. Sprinkle peppermint leaves in. I prefer it without the peppermint, some prefer it with.

I'll share some more simple but awesome things later xD

For simple quick little treats I take a couple of tortilla shells and get them just a little wet on one side and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on it and toss it in a skillet for about a couple minute on medium heat just to get it a little crispy.

Or when I was a little kid there was this one type of popcorn that was freaking delicious, it came with marshmallow topping, but since that got discontinued I just buy a jar of jet puffed marshmallow cream and heat it up in a tupperware container and then once my bag of popcorn is done I'll pour it in the bag and shake it around.

I love the banana bread I make. Very simple recipe (first one that shows up online when you type in "easy banana bread recipe" lol), but I add a cup of apple sauce and some cinnamon, too. Makes it all squishy and nomnomnomnomnom~

Banana Cake, I've made some a lot of times already, it's really great actually! My cousin used to make some, I would help her sometimes, after awhile I learned how to make some on my own. (It was very generic, except I used at least half a cup more of butter.)
I think I also like making lots of pastries, mainly Muffins. MUFFINS ARE GREAT. Blueberries are kinda hard to come by so I can't make my favorite very often, but if not, then I make some of the cinnamon kind.
