Just to let you know, pictures, banners, and videos will not be accounted when it comes to voting. So, you can change your profile look anytime you want, as long as it is before voting begins.

For Supporters, yes backgrounds will matter to voters as it is part of your profile's appearance. Only pictures such as Profile Picture, Youtube Vids, Banners, Avatars, and Albums won't count when considering who you'll vote for. It isn't necessary for supporters to choose to use background images though, it is only an option.

No, if they are a Supporter, then they'll stay in the Supporter/Staff section of the contest. For Supporters, the background and bar features are option, as in you can use it if you want, but it isn't mandatory. Profiles can outshine others even with or without the fancy look that Supporters have, it is just up to the voters in what they choose overall.

I just wanted to let you all know that if at anytime during sign up and voting periods, if you happen to get a name change, please let me know. This way the other contestants will know who you are and I will know who you are too. It'll also cause less confusion to others and it'll allow me to change your name on the list.

In addition to this, if you happen to become a supporter at anytime during this period, I'd also like to know so I can revert you from a regular member to a Supporter on the member's list.
