you have to use evol coral just like for the rest of the eeveelutions (though 2 of them arent accessible)

I don't know if was reported before or if is by purpose, but I noticed Leech Life is kinda powerful in Virdian Forest . I know it was buffed in Gen7 , and not sure if the hack have new Leech Life . If the buffed version is in the game , I recommend to edit the movestes of the Pokemons who learn it and make it learnable at higher levels .
I got absolutely wrecked by that trainer with the Paras XD

1) Open the guide and then Ctrl+F "Cerulean Cave (Route 25 Section)".

2) As it is shown in the Chapters Section of the main post, there's a lot of unaccessible side chapters. Some of them could be implemented in the Beta 14, but there's just no way to tell.

The issue with Substitute was already reported.
The one with Blue's Clefairy sounds new to me, it'd be a good idea to report it inside the Discord server.

No to your first question, I don't know about the second

1) They're implemented, but they're naturally not obtainable atm.
2) Trial and error process.

1) Gen. 7 stats
2) Balance-related changes.
3) Green=Boy, Blue=Girl. America decided to do some pretty disgusting funny stuff and swapped their names because reasons.
