Johto was horrific. The only good thing about it was the theme song.

Yeah guess Ill agree, though seeing totodile dances and suicune in the beginning were fun to see, though still johto had it's minus and plus's. :\

I like all the Johto theme songs, but the series ran way too long. Remember how the silver conference was "less than two months away" or something, yet it took Ash like 400 episodes to get his badges, plus he helped every character of the day along the way. Oh well, at least Johto had Charizard VS. Blastoise.

Tehe, I too like the theme songs. ^_^ *hums Johto Journeys theme song* Everybody wants to be a Master, everybody wants to show their skill. Everybody want to get there faster. Make there way to the top of the hill.. EACH TIME we try, it gets just a little bit better. EACH DAY we try, we get one step, up the LADDERRRR!!! Tehe, I know every single word to that song. XD

So, in conclusion, the games will always be better than the anime.

New topic is required by law.

Awe, and I so wanted to sing the original theme song. Yes, new topic is required. So... Anyone have one?? XP

Okay.

Is using hacks ethical?

I dunno, the people at Toys R us who gave me the Mew hacked it. XP But I've never hacked anything on Games anyway...

Meh, I was more talking about hacking the stats of Pokèmon so you can win. I think it's alright so long as the opponent agrees to you using it. Putting illegal moves on a Pokèmon can be quite entertaining too.

*Charizard uses Solar Beam in the background*

I was up against one of those once.

My hacked Raichu beat it. of course, but it was still annoying that it destroyed my Arcanine.

I think hacking is okay when it comes fun...what I mean is: If you hack your game and give illegal moves (like the Solarbeam and Charizard) and boost all of their stats and stuff, it's okay as long as you don't battle other people with it. If it is to progress in your game its okay, but once you get to the point OF battling others, just use regular raised Pokemon...it's just common courtesy.

I can't stand people who hack. People who hack are just plain desperate

I agree when it comes to using the hacked pokés in competitive battling... but it's gotta feel cool to have a crazy pokémon ^^

I know I love to feel über.... in-game of course ^^

Of course it's wrong by legal terms. But as long as you're not interfering with somebody else, it doesn't matter in my opinion.... but of course you get to think what you like, Dawn :)

Well, yes, I'm talking about battling competitively.

i don't like the idea of hacking in game, although others can do as they wish. I used to use a gameshark when i was little to catch all the pokemon in R/B, but my "skills" (i don't know if videogamingshould be considered a skill) have increased since then so i don't feel the need to cheat to beat the game 100%. And in competitive battling, i don't think hacking should be allowed if it can max out your stats because it gives you an unfair advantage that you cannot normally obtain within the game.

Hacking and hacking....... is it possible for a Fire pokémon to learn Solar Beam without being hacked?

Well technically the starters are all in the same egg group... So if you mixed a male bulbasuar with a female charmander... you might be able to give it solar bea, through an egg move... That'd be cool. I know Hydropump is an egg move... Hrm... I might have to try that...

Personally, I'm a not a breeder so I don't know the answer, but i'll try it and get back to you.

Ahhaha Hydro Pump? So... technically, you could get a Torchic with Hydro Pump? :P

Pokémon is one hilarious thing ;)
