Lex my friend, i did think, but no.. this hacks is SUPER awesome, the grapichs combinated with the events make it very playable, nothing more for say the volcano is atractive and terrorific(?), and the swamp gives me a great feeling... Actually it depends.
palette one should be if it goes underwater because it seems like an air pocket.
Palette 2 looks the most plain, which is a bit boring and overused(more or less).
Palette three looks like a volcano palette, and I don't think there are two volcano's in your game lex.
its a hard decision, but palette 1 gets my vote.
It just seems the most unique out of all of them.

EDIT: Whats that purple part on the mountain?
is it a gem?

in my sense of art, for caves, go with pallete 2.
it looks more like a natural cave.

pallete 1 looks more like a water cave, or a cave where steel and iron are available.
pallete 3 looks more like a gold mine.., plus, it hurts my eyes... :\

Well, the Palette #3 was inspired in the Super Mario RPG game, (the best No pkmn RPG)
In a "Moleville" Mine.

I like the 2nd and the 1st palette, the 3rd but with a few dark palette.

Good friend lex my decision would be between(among) the palettes 1 and 2 since the third one one stop his(her) very bad(wrong) xD without offending, but I believe that for a cave common serious 2 but for a cave that sees that it has water I would like mas the 1 that meets very original.
