Pokémon Emerald 650

Here's an update:
Okay, so I should of told everyone this earlier. Emerald 721, or more specifically, Project Emerald 721, is NOT going to be a resource patch. It is the name for the next update of Pokémon Theta Emerald. I'm sorry, but I feel like anyone can do a resource like this on their own terms. For Theta Emerald, to be honest, the game is nearly complete. Only a few more Trainers to do, get those gosh darn Legendary events to work, some glitch fixing, guide work, and possibly my own thorough playthrough of the game, and then a release.
If it is not allowed to be a rom base, can you share the location of the new abilities, new items and new moves hex? Such as you have make a note on 650 patch, then we can figure out how to add these new features in emerald. Also, if the space available, you can consider to use my DP battle background and DP trainer image patch which I post at here before, if you want.

I think we can supply some resources to LC, such as DP Trainer image, DP battle background, beautiful map tile to make his Theta Emerald EX looks very beautiful, if someone has ORAS battle background resources, I suggest share to LC to use it. Let the theta emerald looks like omega ruby and alpha sapphire.

So question did you get the stuff such as mega evolution,life orb griseous orb arceus plates etc. to work using the dynamic Emerald attack rombase? And if so can you teach me how you did it because every time I patch my rom with the dynamic rombase and I have an expanded pokedex it crashes the game at the start screen

Game Freezes in Verdanturf Town Battle Tent after you save and walk in through the door after the lobby.

Since you are checking for glitches, there's a glitch from your previous patch 650 where if you receive a bulbasaur egg from the daycare, the game freezes.

This issue only occurred with bulbasaur only.

The freezes on that map look really random, do the overworld cries work on that map (the one's that play when walking in a map with wilds)? Maybe it's them.

No, it's literally those tiles. I try to step on them and the game freezes.
