Article: Pokémon Generations Episode 8 Released!

Ok.... now that was one of the most badass things pokemon related I have ever seen.

I do wonder if it will continue on from that or if they will go directly into Delta Emerald episode.

I'm curious about that too, whether they'll go to the Delta Episode or if they'll go straight to the player fighting Team Galactic(hoping they do the Platinum storyline with the Distortion World).

Also this episode... #DramaticRippedPeople

There should be a 3rd episode based on what they did with Johto, but it might not happen, like with Kanto. Although I think Kanto only got to because it had the origins.

So I predict that next week's will be the 3rd Hoenn one. I want it to be a sequel to this, since they set up that Archie's about to be killed, but they might go straight to the Delta Episode.

Which if they do, it will probably be the conclusion. Which could be a pretty cool fight if animated well. Which it mostly likely would be.

Really great episode this week, the last scene was awesome. I hope there's a continuation from where this leaves off.

Some of these characters are getting really over the top. Courtney first, now Archie and Shelly. It's a bit too much. :P They seem to have cleaned the animation up a lot. Despite what some very angry and defensive YouTube commenters told me, the animation in some of the earlier episodes was atrocious.

And now, I shall sum up this episode in text:

"dude archie i know we had that plan but i just googled it apparently its a bad idea" "no dont believe everything you read from specialist sources shelly kyogre go oh wait oh no this is going wrong"

Gets eaten.

I like that they addressed the utter absurdity of Team Magma and Team Aqua here. They just rolled with it instead of trying to justify it.

From my count, it looks like they are doing 3 per generation. So one more for this one probably. There is suppose to be 18 total, 1 more for 3rd and then 3 each for 4-6.

However, I wonder what they plan to do with Sinnoh though since they haven't gotten a remake. So far, they all seem to take place in their remakes. So Sinnoh, I wonder what they plan to do.

BW will probably get 2 for BW and 1 for BW2. Although they may skip BW2 since we have a good amount for BW2 already and they are set up exactly like these.

I was expecting May to appear in this short since Brendan made his in the Team Magma episode, but it looks like she didn't. This makes this episode rather confusing, because I don't know if they're following Emerald's story with ORAS' assets or just ORAS (neither one had Archie getting killed in the end if they're trying to follow the games' story).

That was neat, and certainly fitting with the crazed Archie depiction ORAS tended to lean towards (and going with the 'this is a stupid plan' route too, because... it is). I enjoyed seeing all the Pokemon flee from the storms, including that moment with the Spheal rolling about underwater.

Another great episode in what is shaping up to be a great mini-series. I didn't realize just how destructive Kyogre could be, oops! Getting ever closer to the Sinnoh episodes now. 8)

I really enjoyed this episode, some of the shots of the underwater Pokemon were really cool and Kyogre can be really destructive. Hopefully we get an episode with Rayquaza and then we'll see Sinnoh which I'm really looking forward to as well.

Interesting. On one side Courtney was a loyal follower of Maxie and looked forward to seeing the results of Groudon's awakening, but Shelly was very unsure and hesitant with Archie and Kyogre. I loved seeing those two sides.

Kyogre sure is huge and scary.. ugh. Masses of whirlpools and giant waves would terrify me. 10/10!

Haha yeah I agree with this. I thought Archie was definitely the crazed character they were probably going for, but I felt he was a bit too delusional in this.

I also agree with what others mentioned about them just rolling with the absurdity that is Team Magma and Team Aqua instead of trying to justify what they were trying to do, which I feel is definitely a good move on their part.

Interesting that there was no indication that Brendan or May were lurking about in this episode to save the day (at least from what I saw).

It was such an epic episode and the best one for me so far <3
Cant wait for the next episode!

So... Archie's dead?! It just ends like this?!

It would appear so. Although we don't know how tomorrow's episode will go down. It's likely not going to follow this up though. It will probably be on the delta episode.
