When i traded my bellsprout for the guys onix in violet city, the onix won't listen to me. I already beat violet gym and it's at level 13. Is that normal?

The labels in the map don't exist because of the Legendary Dogs script. Isn't it possible to change the innappropriate Splash screens in Unlz.gba?
