Im very impressed so far! Your mapping skills look really good so far, do you think you could take a full map shot of like the first town or route to see it fully? Also the tiles and pallete changes are simply gorgeous, and the pal is pretty good to! Scripting looks good from what ive seen! Id say one of the best new hacks around at the moment! Keep up the excellent work celebi!!

There will only be one starter at the moment anyway, its to see which starter people would prefer tropius or baby lapras.

See the baby lapras, will it eventually grow to a full sized one or will it be a baby all the way through...no idea how you would make it big unless evolving it but i dont know if that could work.

Anyways im looking forward to those map shots:D Keep up the good work there celebi!!

The only problem I have with them as starters is that it could make the game too easy. Lapras and Tropius are pretty strong pokemon, especially to start with so if they will be starters id suggest making the trainers alot stronger than normal games:D

Hoppip could be a good starter but its the fact that it doesnt learn an attacking move for a couple of levels that would bother me unless you changed it so it would learn like bullet seed at level 5 or something.

What about making Baby Lapras as the starter?
I'd say you should fool around with the evolutions a bit and Make Baby Lapras be a pre-evolution to Lapras.
Like Make it have worse stats(cause its so strong)
And have it evolve into Lapras around level 35.
Or maybe like 28.
Or something.
Well thats just some of my suggestions!

then anyway baby lapras will evolve into lapras...
and for tropius a pre evoultion can be kept what say.??

that's my suggestion but i think baby lapras is quite cool.
 
Yeah, I think Baby Lapras should be paired with a Baby Tropius. ^^

So we'll have 2 starters to choose from. And all Babies. :D Wheeeee, cute little POKéMON's =3
But if we'll be having a rival, then if we choose Baby Lapras, then we will be having a big disadvantages, and vise versa. :(

But oh well... I'm excited to choose that cute Baby Lapras! =3

I'd say go with ur gut....
Do whatever ya feel is right...
I would be fond of a baby starter line...
eg. Baby Lapras, Baby Tropius.
Also have ur rival choose something that can kill you(not baby Lapras/Baby Tropius)
So you would Always be at a disadvantage....
Like it should be!
