can anyone update me on how far pokespe is? I tried looking up info on bulbapedia and serebii, but it's not updated on which volumes have been published and by which publishers. Is the platinum arc in volumes yet? The last thing I remember is that the DP arc is still going on and the HGSS arc has started appearing in the magazines.
pokespe seems kind of slow compared to the progress of the games, I mean they still have DP, Plat, HGSS, and BW (if they're doing a BW arc)

Ok, well, as for Volumes published.
Japanese Vol. 36 is out (which is right at the beginning of the climax of DP)
Chuang Yi I think has Vol. 32 out.
And Viz has just released Vol. 9 of Pokemon Adventures. <3

Though magazine wise.
DP ended, Platinum is continuing but is not shown, HGSS is continuing in Magazines, and BW just started.

Like I said. It's over in the magazines, but remember, stuff that appeared in the magazine is likely to change once the actual volume comes out.

Anyway. Now time for a Halloween like topic:

Zombie Invasion. What happens now?
=w= aka, what will the characters do in a zombie invasion.
 
Red and Green (male) call out their pokemon and begin wuppin' zombie ass!
Blue (Female) starts a scam to take all their zombie money.
Silver tries to feed Gold to the zombies, Gold defeats them and doesn't realise what Silver did....then starts forcing them to make zombie eggs...
Crystal captures them...
Ruby is too busy checking out their looks, while Sapphire is disappointed because they leave no excrements...
Emerald stocks up on soil....
Dia eats, Pearl gets angry, and Platinum.....buys something to put her family in out of the way of harm, then runs around to absorb more knowledge.
 
Hmmm. This is what I would think for now but I'll probably add some more later.

red: will fight zombies
green: same as red but also to protect blue
blue: scream and run, or help fight now that she's more mature, and steal stuff from the zombies
yellow:either run away, or try to heal the zombies and the others pokemon
gold: zombie fighter!!!! i can imagine the machine guns and everything
silver: yeah, probably feed gold to the zombies, help protect blue, the zombies probably wont attack him...
crys: attempt to capture zombies, or help silver feed gold to the zombies
ruby: try to make them pretty, run away from their ugliness, get dragged into battle by sapphire
sapphire:fights zombies, gets ruby to help her
emerald: gets stampeded on by the zombies be like gold (see above)
diamond: eat, provide food for everyone including zombies, protect plantinum
pearl: slaps dia for giving food to the enemy, coach everyone-"people, concentration!!!!"
platinum: bribe zombies to leave them alone, or go away a safe distance and watch and remark how commoners take care of a zombie invasion

Hmm... it really pends, are we talking left 4 dead zombies like in 28 days later or good ol night of the living dead zombie's cause that's kind of important. Still:
Red:Standard survivor, fending off as many of them as possible.
Green: Same as Red simply taking down the horde one head at a time.
Blue:Intel, expert code and lock breaker, and I'm sure she fares well with a gun as well.
Yellow: providing medical aid when needed
Gold: Heavy weapons guy. Bring him in to clear large waves of the undead.
Silver:Covers Gold's back as well as protecting Blue.
Crystal:Capturing zombies and studying corpses hoping to find a cure.
Ruby: Sniping zombies from a safe distance/ providing support for the front line men such as Red and Gold.(if this guy can thread a needle he can use a sniper)
Sapphire: doing whatever she wants. Close quarters fighter.
Emerald:purifying zombies with his e-shooter assisting Gold in heavy weapons.
Diamond: aside from constantly eating, provides food for the group (being that he's a cook), as well as safeguarding the little miss.
Pearl: Can anyone say Demoman? I'm sure this guy would just love blowing large numbers of zombies to kingdom come.
Platinum: Her financial assets provide the group with the initial supplies weaponry, and food needed to survive. Aside from that she's also helping Chris out to find an antidote while helping to fend of the horde as well. (I see Platinum as a renaissance girl so I'm sure she can pretty much do anything.)

3) My favorite pairing....... I haven't read enough of any parts of the manga except Emerald to be sure, but probably either RubyXSapphire or BlueXGreen.

Gold: *Eyes turn red* Nobody. But nobody. Touches my bro. *Machine guns the size of Texas materialize out nowhere. Gold fires at the zombie while screaming* Say hello to my little friend!!!
Silver:*After mad shooting rampage, walks up to Gold* You saved my a** out there, man.
Gold:*smirks* But nothin'.
Ruby: *Pops out from behind a rock with video cameras* No, no, no, people! The lighting was all wrong! I didn't get good enough reactions from the zombies! Redo!


Yeah. Ruby was pretty much the only character who wasn't OOC!

Oh, and what's with all the bullying of Platinum? I personally reckon she'd just wear even fewer clothes than normal...I don't think she'd dress up because she'd be too hot. xD

I...didn't get your last sentence, but as for Platina being who she is, I'd think she's too cool to be someone else. But then we see her mimicking other people, so...*shrugs*
 
I was just saying....everyone seems to think she'd be something incredibly unoriginal, like a princess or something.

I think she'd use all her money to do something cool, like, actually be invisible or something
 
bullying of platinum? when they asked "who will the pokespe characters be for halloween", i picked those costumes because i thought they most suited for their personalities. platinum, because she is rich, i immediatly thought of a princess. she also was like that (a princess) for a good part of the dp arc,too. i really don't consider that bullying.

sorry, don't know if the responce made any sence what so ever.

if it makes you feel any better, i'll say that platinum will dress up as a peasant for halloween

Green: Dr. Frankenstein (or even the creature works)
Blue: Sidney Prescott
Yellow: Regan MacNeil (only way for this girl to be evil is if she was possessed by evil itself)

Silver: Jason
Crystal: Ellen Ripley
Ruby: Leather-face... I'm gonna go with that

Another idea that I really liked was if the dex holders dressed up as an angry mob.
*Waiting on the outskirts of New Bark town

Blue: Alright guys remember as soon as Gold walks through that gate we're going to give that guy the fright of his life. We'll make him pay for what he did to us on April fools.
The other dex holders were suddenly filled with an intense feeling of rage and blood lust remembering the horrible and embarrassing things Gold did to them on April 1st.
Crystal: Um... guys. I don't know if Gold deserves this. Maybe we should just go trick or treating or something.
Silver: You do remember what he did to you on April fools, right?
All of a sudden the look of worry on Crys' face is gone and replaced with one that would scare even Giratina back to its domain.
Crys: I want his head on this stick!
Gold: Hey guys the handsome devil of the group has just arrived! Ready to prank some... wh-why do you have torches.... ARE THOSE PITCH FORKS!
Red: GET HIM!!!!!!!
Rest: KILL THE PRANKSTER!!!!!!!!!!
Gold: WAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
Needless to say expect consequences for your actions.
