You can't have two Calyrex-Riders at the same time without hacking. The reins will only let you fuse one and you can't trade / give Calyrex-Rider via Pokémon Home.
Well, Ash and Pikachu have been going to gyms for 14 years now. It's only expected that they'd be getting stronk.

Vullaby can learn fly by TM, but it is proven to not be able to fly until it evolves into Mandibuzz.

Zangoose, the mongoose Pokemon with huge sharp claws, cannot learn HM Cut.

True that, and they changed it in I believe gen6 so that it can stay the same gender upon evolveing.
Also: Sacred fire is a physical attack. Apparantly many people still thought it was a special attack. I also don't get how it is physical, maybe it's like a mythical Flare blizt?
