I just sent him a PM telling him that he needs to get on and pick his 2nd type, and that if he doesn't get active in here soon, we're probably gonna boot him off the league roster.

So hopefully he'll see that when he next gets on and will do at least something.

Lets not get catty here, Falkbalk or anybody should be given ample warning before losing a spot by group decision, so lets make sure he's been notified by yes, this thread - VM, and PM that we're waiting on him. Although this is a pretty prime example of being unreachable to the detriment of the whole group :U

That being said, if he is out, whomever takes his place shouldn't be stuck to his first pick, let them pick from all the remaining types from the end of the first draft, and the remaining ones from the second draft. That will at least give them like, 3-5 choices for primary and secondary types I think.

Whoever wants to test teams, again - I'd love to help in that regard :D But remember I can only play on X/Y - albeit in either format you prefer, Singles or doubles.

Well, I had thought we made it clear earlier in the thread that staying active was an important part of this league and that inactivity was grounds for a possible booting.

However, like Polar said, I'm not in a hurry to drop him from the list either. He has been notified about all this through the VM I sent a few days ago and the PM I sent earlier today, and there's this thread. I'm gonna wait and see what he does. Besides, we aren't exactly ready to start right now anyway.

Alright, I've got most of my team together. Just what I'd call a prototype build, but I've got 2 different variants, one with a more aggressive flying half, one with a more aggressive fighting half. Anybody care to help me test it out? I'll be using my gym team obviously - I don't mind if you use a gym team or challenge team. PM or VM for a match later today ^^

Bred my 6IV Marill. EV trained it, then trained it for a while, to Lv.37. Wondered why I didn't see Aqua Jet yet.

It's an Egg Move.

So much for that plan. Gotta find an Aqua Jetter and breed a second one. Might have to use this for now.

The Prism League
"Inspirational Quote/Motto"

Welcome to the Prism League! The unique thing about this league is that it is divided into a Pokemon Showdown division and a 3DS division! There are 6 Gym Leaders, 4 Elite Members, and 1 Champion in each division. Not only that, but the league members (except the Champions) utilize two types instead of one! Do you think that you have what it takes to conquer the league and become the Champion? But before you challenge us, there are some rules you need to follow:

League Rules​

-Challengers must only use one team when taking on the league; no switching teams before each battle, and your team will be tracked in the thread; otherwise people will just use teams that have an advantage against the league member they're about to face.

-However, you are allowed to change your team's movesets, EVs, natures, and items at any time during the challenge.

-You do not have to defeat all of the Gym Leaders and all of the Elite members of both divisions in order to battle a Champion; just the Leaders and Elites of one division will suffice. You are welcome to challenge both divisions if you like, and can challenge the Leaders within a division in any order.

-All battles are 6v6, and the battle type (Singles, Doubles, etc) is determined by the league member you are facing.

-This league will be using most of Smogon's X/Y OU rules, which can be found here.

-All Pokemon on this list are banned from both divisions. Any challengers who use these Pokemon will be disqualified.


-All battles in the Showdown division will take place on PC's battle server.

-Dark Void is banned in all Double battles.

-Both league members and challengers must save all battle videos/Showdown replays and post them here so we can confirm a challenger's victory.

-If you lose, you must wait 24 hours to challenge that Leader/Elite/Champion. This is so we aren't flooded with rematches.

-In the event of a disconnect, attempt to battle again, unless it is clear who the winner was. Save the battle replay (if on Showdown) in case there is some sort of dispute. If playing on the 3DS division, take a picture of your PSS screen immediately after the battle ends as proof of who was the one to disconnect.

-This thread is strictly for signing up and recording your challenge progress. Discussions about the league itself go in this thread. PM, VM, or use other communication methods to set up matches with league members.

-Follow all the rules of the PokeCommunity.

Regarding League Positions​

The following can be grounds for a member of the league being replaced by another player in line to take a position within the league:

1) Being absent or failing to accept challenges from trainers facing the league for 2 weeks or more.
2) Losing 10 consecutive battles against different trainers challenging the league.
3) Losing 5 or more consecutive battles without getting a knock out on any opposing pokemon.


The following can be grounds for considering a challenger as a candidate for entering the league.

1) A successful challenge resulting in beating the Champion
2) Several different challenges with varying teams resulting in reaching the champion
3) Regular participation in the league, making challenges at least once a week
4) Successful substitutions for league members in cases of absence or league member challenges against the league.

All changes to the members must be discussed and agreed upon by several league members on both accounts of inducting new members or relieving standing ones.

This is why, if you remember me telling you- I never use other people's pokemon for anything more than breeding - then I release them. :P My boxes were cleared of Fokko/Jr's traded pokemon weeks ago before this was confirmed. Withholding my "I knew it"'s from what I was saying about his full team of electric pokemon he 'bred' a page or two ago, glad we at least caught this before we launched a league with a member using a full team of hacked pokemon. And I VM'd you about it, but if you do need a LEGITIMATE pawniard to use for breeding as a starting point, I have one with Defiant and sucker punch and stuff. Let me know if you want to test that team too, because I just finished one or two teams for my gym, and have yet to try them out. ^^

I just PM'd Tetra, hopefully he's still interested. I think the next best leader record was blueboi though? He is back from vacation I think - I saw him on Skype last night. I'll try and get a hold of him.
