I think the idea is to know your team. Not to be ready for battle.
 
Why start the League Beta if you aren't ready for challengers? Is there something I'm missing here?

I was joking with the beta comment. Maybe there was some confusion.
 
Alright guise FERRALIGATORGZ IN DA HOUSE!!

I THINK THIS: If the leader chooses to go 3v3 on a gym battle, they can. I might want to do 4v4 doubles sometimes or 5v5 sometimes ya know? If thats not allowed its fine i wont... Bite... :P

I just wanted to... Lock On... the fact that we need our teams ready by Sunday if we want to get the ball rollin'.

Also, I dont... Dig... that idea that the challengers can choose an easy method. Thats a walk in the park and defeats purpose of what we're trying to do.

My team is ready by the way and would like to test it with other leadera to see if its any good! :)
 
personally i think 3v3 rids the purpose of dual typing. if anyone wanted to battle any of the league members without participating in the league, they could do so casually any other time. we should stick with 6v6 for singles imo.

Don't worry guys, we're not going to be starting by Sunday. I wish we could, and I wish we would, but I don't think it's in the cards. If anything, the people who ARE ready on Sunday, can help by beginning to test some things out, like mock-challenger battles, team testing, all that stuff.

And yo - if it turns out people ARE ready Sunday, (not that we should expect everyone to be) then hey, maybe we can start early. But for now, lets just all focus on preparing teams :U So we can all be ready.

Also has anyone seen falkbalk? :I He hasn't even been around to pick his second type yet as far as I'm aware. This is both concerning and regrettable.

I think it was said from the beggining... a main problem with this wwould have been innactivity. We should all be on the same page that this would be time consuming before we even considered doing the first battle. I have yet too se him :/

Alright thank you for your replies ! I won't be rushing it but I'll try to get as many done as I can within a day - if I don't get interrupted by family xD.

Also it seems you guys have one gym missing since Falkbak (sorry if I mistyped his name) has only chosen Rock type so far. I'll get to designing badges for complete Gyms and then wait for the remaining Gym to finally pick a second type.

And I'd think that it's better to keep all battles 6v6.

Can you rum me through a test for my dark/ghost team? I ev trained them and whatnots
 
All these people with their teams ready ;-;

while I don't have my ideal team ready, if we start sooner rather than later I have more than enough poke'mon to cover for my gym's typing till I can finally get the poke'mon I want.
 
I'm going to 6IV a Marill this evening (not going backwards for Azurill and friendliness evolution; besides, no hands for holding incense anyway).

Meanwhile, Houndour is bred. So I now have five Dark types in my arsenal.

Togepi seems to be covered by someone; I got a VM back about a 6IV one. That saves me a little time on that. Togekiss, here I come.

So yeah, Azumarill is the only breeding subject ATM. I am undecided on whether to swap a Dark user for Diancie. Testing might be needed.

Finally, next Friday is a good start date. It's the weekend.

Back to finding a Minato Mirai Pikachu. If anyone gets one, meanwhile, I WANT.

I'm actually all for a Beta League. :P In the Beta, we'll see what works, what doesn't, make adjustments, and basically perfect the functionality before actually giving out Badges and stuff.

Also, I think we should just kick Falkbalk since the evidence seems to be leading toward him feeling that he doesn't like this as much as he thought he would. We should get another guy, and he'll be (I think Falkbalk was Rock) and choose one of the remaining second types.

Anyone else think Falkbalk should be kicked?

Thing is... he's been online plenty and its been about 4 days for him to pixk his sencond type.


I say boot him if needed. Evidence shows he's been online, yrt refuses to answer pm and vm.
