Aww man, where do I begin.
I'm going to start off with Sector. He and I met at the old #pokemonclubs chat room. At first I had a huuuge crush on the guy, because I figured he was pretty cute. We paired up for a while but eventually it didn't work out. However, we both formed a brotherly-sisterly relationship where I would end up bossing around with the guy. :P We talk about everything, we even talk about NASCAR, and he's the reason why I got into it. Although we both have different favorite drivers, we still are the bestest of friends no matter what.
Then there's Zach. He and I go way back. We were part of a weather-nerd forum, which was the very first online forum that I joined. We were both shy at first, but we found out we shared a few common interests, so we started to skype together as well as join an IRC server together. It's been what? 5-6 years since we met? He joined PC first, then I did, but we never realized we were both on the same forum until a little before my first mod tenure. I met him when he was 14, sooo we kinda grew up together.
Kanzler...man, I miss this guy so much. I hope life is treating him well. I could tell him everything. He's so funny and sweet, sometimes serious. He takes his work seriously, and I like that. When he became a moderator, I was flipping out inside my car, and all I wanted to do was to hug the guy so much. We're going to be paired for a year next month!
This awesome guy, Dragon is so sweet. Three years ago, I've been rooting for him to become the next NU/W (err TWL) moderator, but he was already modding Pokemon General at the time. Now he's modding that section and I couldn't be happier. He's taken care of it so well. He's also the best battle server buddy I could ever ask for, and we have so much fun battling nowadays! He's also one guy I can come to when I'm down. :)
Those four I feel closest with the most. However, the one guy that holds a special place in my life is Shining Armour. I love this guy so much. I really want him to know that, because I want him to know that there's someone that cares about him, and I don't want him to feel ~too~ lonely. I know that recently, our lives have taken up so much time (his health & work, and me adjusting to new job + boosting outside social life), we want to deal with all that first, and then when we have some downtime, we can sit down and talk about the happenings. Three years ago, a visitor message changed the course of everything. We started talking frequently...one long VM after another, then we moved on to texting, then skyping. A month later I asked him to be my pair and he accepted. Really glad he's still part of my life because honestly, I don't even know what I'll do without him. <3
