You get ribbons.

And if you win all 5 master rank contests, you get a star on your trainer card and it changes colour.

You also win decorations for your pokemon.

And if you have 10 ribbons, then you can get in the Ribbon Syndicate in the Resort Area in the Battle Zone

Draco Meteor: East of Celestic Town. The Pokemon being tutored needs to have max Friendship. Rayquaza can learn Draco Meteor. You'll need Rock Climb and Defog to reach the tutor.

It all depends. If you are EV training then I'd need to know which stat you are EV training in and if you aren't, then anywhere can work. Of course you'd just want to train in high levelled pokémon areas however.

Naughty means that attack stat is raised while sp. defense stat is dropped.

Are you EV training? And if so, which stats are you looking forward to EV train in? Please be a little more specific and then I'd be able to help you out.

Alright well Impish and Adamant would both be good natures for those stats for Garchomp. An Impish nature raises Defense and lowers Special Attack and an Adamant nature raises Attack and lowers Special Attack as well.

That nature is also good to have for your Garchomp--forgot to add that. As jpp8 has stated it raises Attack and lowers Special Defense, so I would suggest battling wild Kricketune and Bibarel.

You don't need to battle Pokemon near your Pokemon's level to gain EVs. Besides, if it already evolved though battling and you haven't use the EV reduction berries on it yet (Pomeg through Tamato), then it is likely already too late (unless you use those berries on it) since it would've gained all of its EVs because EVs are gained whenever experience in battle is.

Battling the Machoke (Attack EVs), Graveler, Onix, and Steelix (Defense) in Victory road is an alternative to Bibarel and Kricketune.
