Flawless or near flawless IV'd Minccino(preferably adamant but as long as it's not attack or speed hindering it's all good). If it's shiny i will love you forever. But it's not neccessary.

Offering: Anything un-shiny/event.
I can breed for a specific egg-move+nature, any pokemon obtainable within the storyline of any generation(Bar ruby and firered pokemon).
 
LF Shiny Emolga, preferably without nickname and lvl 1.
