Hm, it's quite good. The only issues I have with it is the black bar at the top. If you could make it go all the way from end to end without leaving behind any blue spaces, that would be fantastic. Also, that #3 kinda sticks out together with that bit of black box. A smaller font would make all the words fit into one line.

I don't get the purpose of it but I do like the creativity. I feel as the tanks symbols represent something and the one that runs to the top is is the top dog.
