I like the 3D aspect of yours, and white I'm normally opposed to square shaped banners, this one isn't that bad. The text is also really good. I like it!

I also love the CSS used; it's simple and I've always liked clicking on links when the cursor is the arrow/question. I don't know, I just like it more. It's a little plain. Had I not read the text, I probably wouldn't have gotten it. The inner text though I think is a smidge too bright for the overall look, assuming that it's not meant to be the focal point of the thing, but it's simple and clean and yeah :3
