It could do with a border, and Honchkrow seems a bit too dim, covered by the background. Otherwise the whole thing matches with the avy. Even though the avy is way too rectangular for my liking. 6/10

I like the way the font is and how the picture is clear.

Lame puns aside, I have to say that avatars cropped from banners annoy me, a lot. However, commenting on the theme, I would have to say it's one of the better ones. It's clean, neat and bold. The text kinda contrasts against the banner, but it's not a big issue.

I like the layout of your theme. And since I'm using a forum skin of yellow colour scheme, that highlighting of text works well. Plus the avatar and banner fits well with the coloured text. ~8/10
