The user above doesn't give enough credits to the Universal Piplup University, where only too tier students are admitted and where the teachers are mainly super OP Piplup(s), Prinplup(s) and Empoleon(s). Also she wasn't admitted, because she failed the "History of Piplup" section. Also, tution fees are less expensive compared to Jubilife School, just saying...
