Yes, $10 million and a famous name is the hard way? >.>;latiosspud said:I see you guys haven't been looking at the news lately. Well first, everyone has to pass a test to get into a private college no matter how much you have. And second, Bill Gates is only giving his oldest son 10 million dollars when he dies because he wants his son to earn money the hard way by using the money he gave him.

You need money to make money. Most people who are really rich now are rich thanks to their parents.Kairi said:Yes, $10 million and a famous name is the hard way? >.>;
My High School gives a lot of homework, not that everyone does it, but it gives a lot of homework. (I consider 2-3 hours a lot...) It's great but I'm not sure about the school's average performance.latiosspud said:Most public schools in Canada don't give a lot of homework either. There are some good public schools though where smart kids with empty pockets go.
*you mean Crestwood (<=Frosty's junior high) and Grandview? ;p *c* *22sa said:My High School gives a lot of homework, not that everyone does it, but it gives a lot of homework. (I consider 2-3 hours a lot...) It's great but I'm not sure about the school's average performance.
But I went to pretty good Junior High. 40%+ percent of the students were honors, while Alberta's average was like 17% (Partly because of poor performing rural students) and most other (excluding 2) Edmontonian schools range from 18%-24%. :\ :P
