Well... I would like to apologize to @saniachan for misguiding your guess by asking for the emulators on pm, I never imagined that would make u think I was your scrambler 😅😅
Speaking of Ditto in Platinum, have you tried to look for one in the Trophy Garden after talking to Mr. Backlot? You could soft-reset until he mentions a Ditto in Platinum but not in BDSP.For Togekiss, you only get one, the egg from cynthia i would have had to Breed it except it was male so i would have needed a ditto which i don't think exists in platinum (could be wrong)
Sorry Kyatra, this isn't your fault 😓 I'm going to make sure I don't bit off more than I can chew with the next event@Arcaneum @Celèste1 @Cyddeon @Devalue @DragonEye @Eleanor @Janp @Kyatra @MachoPony @Reginald Cosmic @saniachan
The event is complete!
Winner: The winner of the challenge is Arcaneum, who picked Cyddeon's team! Arcaneum not only picked the highest-ranked team with 53 points from Cyddeon, but also made the only correct guess out of everyone in the challenge! Both Arcaneum and Eleanor will get a bonus 12 points, which means that Arcaneum has 65 points!
Runner-Up: Eleanor, who picked Arcaneum's team, may have only gotten 45 points from the initial ranking, but that Breloom convinced Arcaneum it was her who picked the team, and they were correct! As a result, Eleanor has a total of 57 points!
3rd: Despite being too busy to actually beat her own game, Celèste1 still put together the third-best team of the challenge for saniachan. The Fire Emblem Lords were one of only two teams to score over 50 points, but were surpassed by Eleanor's bonus points.
4th: In fourth place, we have MachoPony, who built a team of Pokemon for Kyatra. 48 points, a one point lead over the team below it, as everything outside the top three ended up in the 40s.
5th: Devalue, who built my team, came in 5th place with 47 points. They picked a team of five excellent Pokemon... and Staraptor for some reason. I still want to know what you were thinking with that one.
6th: DragonEye, who picked Reginald Cosmic's team, got 46 points. This was higher than I expected, given the team's lategame difficulties, but it seems to have worked out well for Reginald.
7th: Cyddeon, who picked Devalue's team, is the only challenger to score a fractional point total, with 45.5 points. As far as rankings go, there's nothing exceptional apart from that.
8th: Saniachan, who picked Eleanor's team, is at eighth place, with 45 points. None of these Pokemon did terribly, the lowest score was 6.5, which is higher than some lowest-rank team members in higher places. Unfortunately, no Pokemon scored higher than an 8, keeping Saniachan from rising higher than eighth.
9th: I came in ninth place with 44 points, and largely because my player, MachoPony, ended up with the wrong abilities for Machamp and Togekiss. My heart visibly sank when I found out they didn't bother to get the obviously-stronger abilities I had built this team around, and ended up with Guts and Hustle. At least Scizor ended up with Technician in the end, though. Four of MachoPony's Pokemon, Machamp, Lucario, Gyarados, and Scizor, were Pokemon I used in various Sinnoh challenge runs, but it seems that wasn't enough to identify me.
10th: In last place among those whose players' finished their games, we have Reginald Cosmic, who picked Janp's team and scored 43 points. Janp turned out to not be so much of a fan of this Dragon and monster themed team, and what's more, the Dragon theme led Janp to suspect DragonEye, a wrong guess. At least he scored points, unlike the bottom two, though.
11th: Next-to-last, we have Janp, who picked a team for Celèste1. She, unfortunately, was very busy with work and unable to meet the deadline, but she at least made it to the fifth gym before tonight. She does intend to keep playing the game, and is enjoying the challenge, so hopefully you'll be able to get some feedback when she's done.
12th: Last, we have Kyatra, who picked a team for DragonEye, who completely forgot about her game. Bad luck, or a team so forgettable that its player forgot it existed? Only DragonEye herself can tell us.
