That it does! I was so happy to hatch mine. Did you get any good iv's with yours? I did, but I planned for it so lady luck would hopefully be on my side.
I wish this spritzee would hatch shiny. I'm getting tired of the pink. XD

Perfect in everything but Attack and Def. So it'll make a decent Choice Specs user. :)
 
Congratulations on the Ariados! One of the few shinies to star in the anime! :3

I'm going after Omanyte like a madman in honour of Twitch Plays Pokemon. I also resumed my years old Dialga hunt which is now sitting at 1722, I reached and passed 7000 starters and 200 something encounters in Route 8. I've been busy {XD}

Also! I am slightly getting into CSS so I made a free-to-use signature! To use it just select everything in the box below, copy it, and paste it into your signature box! ^^

oh wow! I like that! I believe I will have to use it.....Need to figure this one out.
I could link my trader review thread by simply changing the the images to linked images right?
 
Lunis~ Yes, that would work- you could even replace the "Shiny Hunter's Club" text to say "Trade Review Thread" and link it that way haha.

I save in front of the guy in the museum, with only Helix fossils in my bag, and my party full (when your party is full they go straight into the PC so you don't have to say no to nicknaming them), and then I revive all the fossils I have, check the Omanytes and soft reset. :3

Ah nice! Will it work of you do different kinds of fossils at the same time too? I grabbed a bunch of fossils when I was looking for yours:)

Yep, it most certainly will! My friend is doing an all-fossil hunt on his game in the same way. I just particularly wanted Omanyte and I would have quite some trouble regaining helix fossils again if I saved after receiving a shiny that wasn't Omanyte, having revived all my helixes. xD

Since SRing the birds is out of the question, I might make a fossil my first attempt at soft resetting.
 
About the legendary birds; I saved outside of the cave, when I finally encountered Articuno on Pokemon X 15 times, and kept resetting before going into the cave (and capturing it). Different nature each time... perhaps this means it could be shiny after all? If it's generating nature and stats when you finally battle it, perhaps shiny value can change too.

Unless of course they are shiny locked which had been hinted at. Natures and iv's could still change but not the so if it's locked:/

I will just stick my non kalos shiny birds:)

I acquired enough fossils to do Omanyte in boxes of 30 today, which is very pleasing to me lol. I'm up to 750 Omanyte seen. I'm excited for this hunt because I know what all the shinies look like off by heart now, since I've been hunting a while, but some where in my brain Omanyte and Omastar have been misplaced so I don't remember. (Nobody tell me lol!) I am excited to see what colour it pops up as! :)

I've been doing the gen 6 shinies like this too. Some get spoiled but I love seeing the colors for the first time when they are in my possession :)
 
I return with some news! I found a shiny ho-oh in my HG, my first non-event shiny pre-gen 6, as well as my first shiny legend I caught via SR. Now to go through gen 5 to gen 6. Next SR will most likely be lugia, then I'll go to RE's in HG/SS with hordes in gen 6. Wish me luck! SR count for ho-oh~400
