3rd Gen Shiny Pokemon Discussion

My first encounter with a shiny pokemon freaked me out because I had just turned on my Gold Version for the first time and the first pokemon I encountered was a shiny sentret. I just kinda stared at it for a while and decided to kill it because I had no pokeballs since I had just recieved my starter pokemon. After I figured out what shinies were I was pretty upset.
 
shiny ditto...

ok gota BLUE ditto...in the cave where ya get the second fossil..

when i fought a Poochyena....DITTO transformed in a Gold/Orange version of it...NOT grey/black as it should of..Reguardless of HOW many times i ran into a Poochy...He stay shiny of that colour (gold/orange)

Slugma...I went GREY....
Spinda..i when Light brown,,GREEN spots...

This is intresting..cuz what im wondering NOW is??...what if i had a GREEN DITTO....whould the shiny colours be different??...again???

Second thing to Note is This!: ...ditto Vs ditto..is useless...as if you switch out and let the ditto your vs'n..take the form of one of your other pokemon...and then try to switch back...and copy YOU fail...and get your BUMM kicked..lolol

This is My first and Only shiny...on emerald..after 286 hours of play!
I have over 500 hours...on Sapphire....AND NOT seen a ONE!(GRRRR)
 
Nop the shiny pokemons are always the same color and when ditto tranforms it turns into the shiny version of that pokemon.
 
so...question is ...is yours BLUE too?....and when you run into one of the EGs i gave do you turn those colours too???

If you transform into Poochy...do you go gold/orange also like mine??
 
I don't have one but shineys are always the same, and i think it turns to a shiny copy of the pokemon.
 
see...thats sorta what im intrested in....will 2 different shiny DITTO...transform in to the SAME shinny version of a Pokemon... will all shiny dittos transform into a GREY slugma???...I just cant see something like that being a RULE...lolol

Cus..to me the possibilities seem endless....so many colours to see...lolol

I know Im seeing shiny versons (due to my shiny ditto)....but is anonther trainer with a shiny ditto seeing the Same verson i am....
 
yeah i had a shiny ditto and i transformed into a shiny charizard that red had in silver cave it was dark brown not black.
 
i know that they had sh** graphics and i know that the charizards are black, i'm just playing the silver version for my bro he "accidentally" started a nw game and i had like alot of shinies on it people don't beleieve me when i say 32 shiny eevees out of 129 eevee eggs between a shiny vaporeon and umbreon.

thats really good! how many hours have you done on your game and what game is it?
 
Well i dont cheat, and its my ruby game 107: 45 hours XD not as bad as my fire red cart time of something like 359:45 hours xD ** still no luck on finding shinies ** though in the trainer tower, the people use shinies there ** on fire red **
go to double batlle
first two use jolteon and espeon, espeon is green ** i want all shiney eevee and evolutions >.< **
 
i know a site for shiny codes it really works i have a shiny eevee now and you can give it any moves you want too and any level too any cheat device is needed but i prefer real shinys *pats shiny adamanant latias*
 
hey AGENT9, how did you make that avatar? it's really cool, oh yeah, steven, is that what the real black charizard looks like? i would try to get one in my FR, but i have like 300 good pokemon in there because i spent weeks and months filling up my pokedex and i finally did and all i got was a ugly certificate from this dude in celadon...bummer... anyway, is their gonna be shiny pokemon on diamond and pearl? i'm thinkin' about gettin a DS just to play it.
 
Yes, that's what the shiny Charizard looks like.

And as for shinies in DP, I won't see why not.
 
My first shiny ever was a Suicune, believe it or not. I'll tell the story 'cause I'm bored...

I was playing my first Silver Version game, and I was right below the lake of rage. I ran into a purple dog Pokemon, and I didn't know what a Shiny was, so I ignored the sparkles. I had nothing but one stinkin' Pokeball left, so I threw it AND ACTUALLY CAUGHT IT. I named it Suicie. After I found out what shinies were, i was really happy ^^.

The other shinies I have, in catching order, are Gyarados (Redragee), Unown (Blue), Ursaring (Silverest), Zigzagoon/Linoone (Redskin), Meowth/Persian (Sparklepaw), another Meowth that didn't evolve yet (Magicpaw), Rayquaza (Chromesky), Golbat/Crobat (Rosewing), and Torchic/Combusken/Blaziken (Redbaron).

Took me almost forever to get all of 'em.
