Unfortunately the two gifs you've got in the signature exceed the 1 MB limit (together they come to around 1.6 MB), so your signature needs editing regardless. The height shouldn't be an issue if you remove the empty line you have underneath the images between the last [/color] and [/center] tags :)

Once you've fixed the issue it is your duty to remove the tags, you should be able to see them when you edit your signature.
