Sadly it isn't. :( The image is 3.42MB, which is very much past the 2MB filesize limit for signatures.
Unfortunately you're not within the limit, either. Added up the images in your signature are about 2.7MB, give or take, while the limit is 2MB. :o You should be good to go if you remove one of the .gifs, assuming there's one you'd be willing to part with.

This one is smaller in size, I believe it's under the 2MB limit.
