What type can be a good combo used with our fellow water-types?

Ice because it is super effective against grass, my arch nemesis <.< >.>

I agree that water/ground is a good type combination. Not many weaknesses and most importantly, get's rid of electric weakness.
 
that's exactly the the type combo i use

swampert and dugtrio or sometimes its good to have a pokemon with lightning rod is a good idea something like rhydon

thats why i always teach my water types an ice type so then they can stand a chance against grass type.

Yup I make sure at least 2 pokemon in my team know Ice moves. (this time it's Feraligator with his Ice Fang & Vaporeon's Aurora Beam)

-I like Waterpulse. It has a cute sound effect XD Aqua Jet is really cool though.

I like Surf the best, it has some nice aqua blue wave color graphic ;D Even know I don't have Diamond & Pearl but I don't even have a DS :/

I think so too because by then, Bubblebeam was the best and for Surf was not any cool at all.
 
Surf was ugly. It looked like rain mixed with hydro pump :/ & Fire blast had the Blair Witch symbol XD
