Surfing PC

When I think about it, I probably do have a sort of routine O.o First I check messages and notifications, then I check my User CP for subscribed threads. When I'm done with threads I felt like checking or replying to from that list, I check the forums I moderate to see if there's work to be done or otherwise stuff I can do. And then I usually check the staff forums to see if there's something interesting to post in there. And if I feel like I'm done with all this and still want to be on PC, I either go and write RP posts or just browse the forums from the main index :]

Some days I skip a step or two, like this past week I haven't really browsed the index or RPd much but rather just stayed with my subscribed threads. Other times I merely glance at the subscribed threads and move along directly to my forums. Depends on how bored/busy I am, naturally.

First thing is Twitter, Facebook, Last FM and gmail. Throughout the day I refresh those sites + checking forums and watching youtube videos.

I check my notifications and messages, then open up my subscriptions to see if there's anything begging to be posted in. Afterwards I just lurk the forums I usually go and view the New Posts every half hour or so.

I start from top, and move all the way to bottom. I'd welcome a couple of people in TWL to kick off my PC day, then head over to Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Once I'm done, it's X and Y, and eventually to Trade Corner. DCC is the only place I post here, and if there's no conversation going on that I could actually take part in, then I'll move onto Battling & Team Building. Up next is Pokémon Gaming Central, then it's Fifth, Fourth, Advanced, and Metal & Color Generation boards. Once I'm done posting in those places, I'd head to Pokémon General, and eventually get around to all forums in Pokémon Discussions category. Next, it's Entertainment & Hobbies and Off-Topic.

I'm everywhere, haha. My most favorite section right now would have to be PGen; every time I visit, there's always something to talk about. It just never seems to get boring. Second favorite's gotta be Video Games, because, well, who doesn't like them? =) As for third, that's a tie between PGC and CCC. Fourth is definitely X&Y, but lately, though, the place has been getting a little boring, since there's not much people hanging around anymore. Unfortunately, I'm not really sure if it'll ever be as active as it once was.

Typically I will always refresh the index and just see where new posts went if I want to stay up-to-date on posts. Then I head to my usual sections and post around. If I find myself to be extremely bored, I'll open up some of the Pokémon sections as well and find topics to post in, or make some new topics.

First I check that there's no reports, then I go through my notifications and reply to things to do with them as needed. Then I go to my messages if I have any, then I click back to CCC and then check out the staff forums and occasionally C&M

Scroll down the index first. I have everything but the Current Generation Gaming, Entertainment and Off Topic forums minimized so if I don't see anything interesting there or someone special on the online list, I check my notifications. Thereafter I go to my control panel and run down my list of subscribed threads, replying to anything interesting or has a reply worth another look/post. Then I just gravitate around those threads until they get posted in, I find new threads, someone to talk to or I get bored and leave.

I often have three or four PC tabs open exhaust in my subbed threads I see a few I want I look at it reply to at once so I open them all and look one at a time then close them. This happens a lot with staff threads, game threads, and C&M threads

Hmmm... it depends.

Usually I'd check the higher staff forums first and browse through those, replying if it's urgent and I feel I really need to get out what I want to say. Then I dig through The Welcome Lounge and reply to some threads before proceeding to move across other areas of the forum depending on where I'm in the mood to post. It does vary a lot, though! Sometimes I might go down the index and post in each section that catches my interest at the time but generally the above is my preferred format. :3

It varies; I have no agenda when it comes to browsing. Open up a tab on my computer, quickly scan the most recent posts in each section, and if there's anything interesting I usually open a new tab for it. First section I tend to check is ORAS, then I just go down the site from there haha. I can get sidetracked easily though, and sometimes end up wasting hours reading an old thread that's died months ago, or something of that sort. xD;

Most of the time, I load the index, and if there's nothing interesting in my messages, go to New Posts. Not like I post, but it's a good place to see what's new on PC.

If I'm bored, I might load General Chat (or whatever you kids call it these days :p), then promptly realize I'm not interested in posting.

Sometimes I check celebrations to see if anyone got promoted, simply because even now, I want to know who got modded. I'm too nosy for my own good...

It was you. You got remodded and then fired because you didn't realize you were a mod so you weren't doing any mod actions.
