I go swimming once a week and walk everywhere. Ran 6 days a week for years but stopped about 18 months ago (time sure flies).

Wouldn't say my diet is awful but there are certainly days where all I have is booze and takeaway. Should probably start running again now that my metabolism is only going to get worse from here.
