Really I think one of the only mons who I find to be both weak and ugly(aside from the purple mice of course :3) would be.. Bergmite. I only just remembered it exists, after forgetting about that fucker for months. It serves no purpose! I really find it to be hideous, weak, and it's evo isn't any better :'(.

Between a battle between Bergmite and Spinarak, I think Spinarak will win.

I used a Spinarak/Ariados in a playthrough of HeartGold. It was decent.
